I bought a pair of shoes online for $45, sent to store for free shipping. When i got to the store, i was told they werent in. I came back 6 days later, was told again they werent in. When i went home to contact the customer service #, i was told that someone already got them. But they told me no one signed for it. I was told by "zach" who is suppose to be a manager that they could give me a refund or the same shoes but size 10.5(i bought a 11). When i went into the store to get either , i was told by some meathead that zach wasnt a manager and they had to contact customer service, i was contacted a hour later telling me that customer service was going to issue a refund but that was 11 days ago, still no refund. basically this store is ran by college aged people who dont give a F,....most aggravating $45 loss i ever experienced.
