I have been a repeat customer to this store but do not see that happening any longer. I bought a pair of shoes for my 22mth old baby one day while they were very busy in store. My daughter was not being very cooperative and wanted to just play. I-- in a distracted hurry bought a pair of tennis shoes for her. Late that night when I had time I laced up her new shoes and with a new pair of socks tried them on her. They turned out to be a half size too small and on top of that the laces where 2 completely different lengths. So back in to the box they went and (this was a Saturday) on Monday first chance I got I went to exchange them for a bigger size. The guy working the register saw the laced up shoes and took them to his manager---I had no idea what the problem was. He came back and told me I could not exchange them because they had been worn. There was a little bit of dirt on the shoes (I had not even noticed) and he insisted that she had worn them outside. UHHH WRONG. I left the store livd that he had been so rude. I went right back in and demanded to speak to the manager. After explaining the situation to the manager he did let me finally exchange them. And guess what when I was trying the new pair on my baby -at the store- I noticed dirt all over one of the velcro straps. I pointed it out to the manager. FYI just because it came out of a store it does not mean that it is 100% clean. Do not be so rude and insulting to your customers. In the future my money is going to a store with a little more class and a little less ___-- well you get the picture.

I find this store to be fabulous! here are such nice shoes that would cost you a pretty penny anywhere else, but here you get them for a nice price! WOW name brand shoes that are actually discounted for once! I take my 2 year old here all the time, they have a play area and a nice selection of shoes that are better than a wal mart section. LOL. I reccomend this place for any kind of shoes you need.

Nice selection but inventory very disorganized. Many empty boxes and several with only one shoe and no match anywhere. Was the only person in the store yet was completley ignored by the 4 staff. Just left, no one spoke to me the entire 25 mins I was in there.

I have been in this store several times. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful, much more than you are use to. Other stores could take lessons from them on how to get and keep steady customers.
