Just bought a pair of sandles, wore them in the store to make sure they felt ok. After an hour of walking around in them my feet were sore. The sole of the sandles had a strange texture that started wearing on my feet as I walked. I tried to take them back one hour after purchasing them and was told that I couldnt because they have wear and tear on them now. I just wanted to trade them in for a different pair of sandles. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.

Hallie, when you work in a retail establishment you should profect your customer service skills and learn to count change back. Its hard to believe that youd rather lose a customer before being able to do simple addition. When someone offers you change after youve punched it in, figure the math out rather than refuse to take it from the customer. I guess the days of customers being treated with respect are over. I wont return to this store again.

The staff is not very helpful. When I asked if they had a basic black pump the sales lady said "You can look first and if its not here its not here"...uhhhh okay. I will not be going back.
