The women running the floor,was very rude my daughter ask her for a size in this style of shoes she wanted ,the woman just said well and walked off , and then told my daughter to get out of the alisel when she was looking for shoes,and she also told my daughter to make sure you sit at the bench to try your shoes on as if we didnt know that,and she wasnt nice about it at all ,I have shopped at that famous foot wear since it opened and each time I have spent a hundred dollars or more ,after that I will never shop there again

I always wait a long time in this store. Literally have walked out because there is only one person in the store. And maybe two customers? I am now waiting again for 15 mins at register while store associate is speaking nothing but Spanish with a customer over a return. I feel totally alienated in here. I walked in right away grabbed a pair of shoes. I took 2 seconds. Anyways this store is unwelcoming ane lacks a whole lot of customer service. Would not recommend.

Great experience, the employees were really friendly, they greet you at the door and ask you if you need help. Very helpful too. They didnt have the shoe I wanted in my size but they offered me different options, great customer service.
