Buyer beware of night manager! My husband and I spend approximately 5K a year on shoes and we really liked this store. His grandparents gave him a check to take to the store and purchase tennis shoes for Christmas as they have every year. When he got done shopping and was checking out the manager refused the check. (first off ms manager, it is not illegal for someone to give you permission make a purchase with their check) It has happened before because first not many people use checks any more so checks are foreign to alot. Older people still use them! My husband thanked her and she began her line of questioning. Accusatory tone concerned my husband but he waited for me outside as I was in Sallys. He began to feel very uncomfortable as the manager was standing at the glass window on the phone with a scalding look on her face so he pulled off to Walmart and I walked to meet him. As we pulled out the parking lot we were swarmed by police and pulled over. My husband was arrested as the Manager told police that he had tried to pass a bogus check at her store. My husband still sits in jail as we speak on a 7,000 bond and will not be able to spend Christmas with his family. Although he is innocent he had thrown the check outside the store so we could not prove our story. Once you are charged you now have to prove your innocence and no one wants to help you. Ms. Manager, I hope as your children and thier c are sing children Christmas Carols and you are sipping hot chocolate and egg nog, you think of our new family who will not get Christmas this year. We will not have my husband home and we are out thousands and thousands in legal fees because you labeled someone a criminal who was not! His grandmother cries all day everyday as she was only doing what she had done for years and she blames herself for our now tremendous hardship. My husband no longer has a job, I am pregnant and we lost our home two months ago when I lost my job. If you are going to enforce law Ms. manager maybe you should attend Law School first, Norman has a very good one or maybe you should simply not judge someone by their appearance. My husband absolutely hates every year when he has to use his grandparents check to purchase his shoes but he has always loved how proud they are to be able to do that for him once a year. They save their money for 6 months to give him that check and you have stolen a family tradition and damaged something special for our family because of your judgmental ways. Needless to say I will not spend another red penny in that store. I wonder how she treats her ethnic or minority customers? Ms. Manager, dont you know children have been shot and killed this past year for people judging them by the way they are dressed and assuming they are up to no good with no good reason to make that assumption (tryvon Martin) I really do not understand why people have to be so quick to judge someone by their dress. So our legal problems are going to cost 10K which we do not have and we dont have a home and he is losing his job and I cant make the car payment without him right now so if anyone is looking for us we will be in the box in the alley but we will not be behind the shoe dept.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE EVER! I received some shoes as a Christmas gift, they didnt fit so we went to take them back. For some reason theyre the only store in Oklahoma that cant look up a receipt by the card, so we had to exchange them. Then she comes back and says she cant exchange one of the pairs because the bottoms are dirty. Thats kind of what happens when you try the shoes on to see if they fit, they have ro touch the ground.

I was in the store reasntly to buy shoes for my daughters friend. I got his polo shoes on sale and was able to buy some for NY self on red dot the Clark was very helpful in showing me where the best deals where. I walked out with a happy teenager and a happy me love the red dot sale .
