You want a shoe... Go to Famous Footwear or Shoe Carnival. You want the RIGHT shoe, GO HERE!! Justice is one of the most knowledgeable people of his craft that I have met in a long time. From the moment my wife and I entered the store, Ethan greeted us, and Justice was also present. My wife recently had a custom medical insert, and needed a shoe it would fit in. These guys went out of their way to make sure we had every option they offered. We mentioned 1-2 brands, and they promptly and gladly brought out 5 different brands for her to try. After selecting the Brooks, my wife made a comment about being a little bummed about not being able to wear a sandal this summer due to the lack of support. Within a couple minutes, Justice brings out a couple pair of Vionic (new line, awesome comfort) sandals that my wife fell in love with. We purchased both, and it was just a fantastic experience. Thank you Justice & Ethan for your knowledge and time. I look forward to doing business with you again for the New Balance you let me try while I was there!! Keep up the great work!! -Brian

I went to TradeHome in Norman looking for some running shoes to walk in. I have had a previous good experience with their custormer service. I have plantar fasciitis and mentioned that to my salesman. Two other salesmen heard about it and talked to me about my condition. They were extremely knowledgeable about it. They took a lot of time with me. I wound up buying and great pair of Asics running shoes along with some arch supports. I had such a good experience that I stayed there and bought a pair of Chaco sandals which I really love. I cant say enough about the knowelegeable customer service I got from the guys at the Norman Tradhome!

This was seriously the best customer service I have had a shoe store ever! As soon as I walked in they asked what I was looking for. I chose a shoe and they brought out that shoe along with another one that was similar to try on. They put the shoe on for you and tie it and adjust it as necessary. They were very friendly and very helpful!

Super great customer service. Great selection. Prices arent exactly cheap but overall its good stuff.
