Very nice and knowledgeble people. I took my bike in for a tune up I had purchased on groupon and they were right on top of it. I spoke with Buster who I later found out was the owner. He was quick to get my bike in and started on and answered all the questions I had about the bikes in his shop. I told him I was a daily rider and did not like to be without my bike for long and instead of taking a couple days for the tune-up to get done he knocked it out and had it done in only a few hours. When I picked up my bike the staff was very nice and they even remembered my name. I will certainly be using Bixby Bicycles in the future. Thanks for the awesom service Buster...

This place is great. I came to get a new rim for my bike, and the process was very smooth. They had to special order my rim, but it came in a few days later and they re-installed everything for free and made sure my bike was in a ride-able condition before leaving. The guy that helped me out was extremely helpful (unfortunately, I did not catch his name) and everyone I talked to was super nice. The store was very clean, and I will definitely come back here if I need anything else done on my bike PS, they have a cool dog in the back of the store that couldnt be any more sweet or adorable. Bonus points!

I’ve been riding with Bixby Bicycles since they opened. They’ve always taken good care of me regarding bicycle parts, repairs and apparel. I’m extremely grateful for the Bixby Bicycles shop and family as well as Buster himself (Brett, Aaron, Marco) reaching out and provided meals on several occasions to my mom and dad through her battle with cancer. Went in late afternoon needing 2 tires and tubes. They were busy but when I explained I am from Georgia, in a jam while training for RAGBRAI, and would like to wait Buster, I believe, jumped right on them. In fact I had 3 working on them at the same time. Fast service as they were done in about 20 minutes. Ive ridden in and around a lot of different places and I think Bixby Bicycles is the friendliest shop Ive been in. Thanks for helping me out of a jam with the new tires.

This shop is simply the best and they have an incredible community of cyclists. They become like family and are the most caring, and amazing group of individuals. My daughter has grown exponentially as a cyclist in a short time frame. As a group, they ride three times a weeks with various levels of experience present. Only 5 stars because they dont have 10 as an option. BBW is filled with awesome and helpful people. They will make you sold out on road riding for sure. They will add confidence in numbers and teach you everything you need to know about riding your road bike as it should be riding. Ty buster for this great FREE group.
