Went into the store expecting to be pushed to buy immediately... boy was I surprised! Within the first couple of minutes of looking around, the manager said they would be with me shortly. As promised, an assistant (Joe) introduced himself and began answering questions without a hint of expecting me to commit to making a purchase. Without even requesting it, they went through the trouble of putting pedals on a bike for me to test ride around the outside of the store. Joe was very informative, friendly, and made himself available for questions the whole time I was there. Before leaving (without buying anything, I was just trying to get information about their bikes and gear), Joe handed me a business card with some of the information for a few bikes we had looked at written on the back. It was an enjoyable experience... I was impressed to say the least. They will be getting all of my cycling business!!!

Fantastic Service! Even though I was upfront in my statement that I was not buying yet but was merely wanting to look at my final weight loss goal in person they were still extremely helpful and encouraging, providing me with information for eventually and even being very positive in encouraging me about weight loss and the riding options available once I got to that point.
