Highly highly HIGHLY recommend this place. I got them to help disassemble my bike and box it. They promised it would be completed by next day 5pm. They called me the next day at noon and said it was ready. They have always delivered over what they had promised. Also, after my bike was boxed, they even offered to help bring it to FedEx for me. Very nice people who really care about their customers, incredible service. Their prices are also cheaper than other bike shops.

These guys have been really honest and just friendly. I took my bike in thinking I needed to get my bearings repacked, but the guy working the front and the mechanic both told me it was just some grease seeping out. They could have charged me ~$100 and just wiped it down. This store has won my business.

Rep was not helpful/did not let me talk to tech b/c I did not buy bike from their store. Tried to get me to come in repeatedly so it felt like he was trying to squeeze a purchase out of me. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this store. Poor customer service.

Service quality is quite uneven. There was one guy friendly and honest (I believe he is one of owners). The other guy (taller with glasses) working at the counter is always grumpy. Especially doesnt like me to check my bike after repair.
