Went to this Office Depot to source $800 - $1000 printing job for work. Walked up to the counter and was met with an extremely rude employee. Wasnt greeted, just simply asked what I wanted. I start to talk to the employee about the services I was interested and every reply back was of hostile nature. Never said or motioned anything to that employee. After roughly 45 seconds, I decided I was no longer going to take her abuse, packed up my things and exited quitely out of the store. For $1000 printing job, This Office Depot really knows how to talk to their customers. Never Again.

My P C Monitor died, so It left me blind to what it was doing. I got great help from the Manager on what was the best technology today in monitors. I got a perfect one for my needs, and it just went on sale that day. I had a rewards coupon, also. Recommend this store.

Initially annoyed because floor associate didnt walk me to what I was looking for when I asked. Where he told me to look didnt have what I wanted but cashier happened to have some at her register that were not stocked yet. So I left with what I was looking for.

My mom came here 3 times for nothing. She placed an order on monday and hasnt gotten any help. The manager called her a liar when she said shes went there for three days, when the other employees have seen her. We have gotten better service before not anymore.

Called them and was told they have an item I needed for $70. Drove out of my way to get it and it wasnt there. A similar item was $132 on the shelf. When I asked, the worker told me they carry the $70 item online. Inept service and deceptive sales practices.

Ive been to this location many times. They help the customer and will go out of their way to make sure you are getting what you want. I bought an office chair and they even matched the price from last weeks ad for me.

Didnt carry any of the back to school or office items we were shopping for. If you need pens, paper or shop from a small selection of tablets this is your place. Anything else go somewhere else.
