The service at this location is HORRIBLE! Took my printer here to be serviced, asked ahead of time how long would it take to fix and was told "about a week" Two months later and NOTHING WAS DONE! There was zero communication from this company, after two weeks I called literally every or every other day to check on the status of the printer and every single time was just told to "leave your name and number and well have someone call you back" Not a single time did anyone actually call me back, yet alone give me any updates or explanation as why my printer is still just sitting there collecting dust. Finally I got a hold of Fred, the manager, after leaving numerous messages asking for a call back and never receiving one, and he informed me that they just let go of their tech (who had my printer sitting there for two months without doing anything at all to it) and that basically my options were to either keep waiting for he hired another tech, whenever that might be, plus however long it took them to catch up on their work or I could "come get the printer and take it to be serviced else where" ...really? After two months of no communication or updates or any basic customer service youre NOW going to tell me that I can take it else where? The tech is not the only problem at this location even though they try to put all the blame on him. If the company knew they were behind or there were issues, the least they could do is get in touch with the customers and let them know what is going on, me having to call there every single day is unacceptable and the fact that no one even cared to call me back is just sad! As communicated to me by Brother this location has been taken off as a service location due to NUMEROUS complaints against this place over the past several months.

Floors All About Hardwood
Beware! I dropped off my Printer here to be worked on 3 months ago. I finally called to check on the status of the repair and was informed their technician quit and they had no one to repair the Brother Unit. Then she told me she thought the owners sent notification to Brother to take them off the list of companies that do repairs a few weeks ago. All the while, my printer sits on their third floor collecting dust, and no one bothers to call or notify me. I would never recommend this store.

I have used S.O.S. continually for about 15 years. Their customer service has always been first rate, the personnel are friendly and helpful, and the products are top quality. It has been my experience that everyone there bends over backwards to be helpful and to provide great service. I am constantly bombarded with calls from other office supply houses trying to get my business but I wont switch because I know that no one else can match the service I get from S.O.S.
