I am reviewing the UPS department inside this Office Depot. I have NEVER experienced anything as bad as this. Their UPS "staff" seriously lacks the common sense needed to survive on a daily basis. One employee I would particularly like to complain about is some lady named Mary. Although a very nice woman, and Id hate to say this, but I think she was dumber than a brick. It took not 10, not 20, but FORTY FIVE minutes to get a UPS shipping label printed. Why? Because she did not know how to work the computer, and when she asks the manager for help, he responds "Well, I wasnt at the computer when it crashed, so I dont know what to do." While we are waiting for her to figure out what she did wrong on the computer, I asked if she had any "Fragile" tape. She said "No, dont think so, I think you have to buy it." Then she proceeds to look through the drawers and starts naming all the labels that she has in that drawer, which have nothing to do with Fragile tape! So she said "Would you like to use a Sharpie to write it on the box?" I said, "Sure", thinking she had one already on hand. No, she looks through the drawer, couldnt find one, so she walks away for a good 5 minutes looking in every single drawer in the lab - by that point I told her its fine, lets forget the Sharpie. She ignores us and then walks off to the registers and looks at each and every one! She finally finds one, brings it back and then gets sidetracked with some papers this Chick-Fil-A employee dropped off. Apparently a Chick-Fil-A employee needed copies of coupons for her store, so she dropped it off to have them printed and cut. Mary, the UPS Office Depot lady, as retarded as can be, says to the Chick-Fil-A girl, "I cant cut straight. Can you cut straight?" The Chick-Fil-A girls looks dumbfounded, and responds "Uh no..That is why I brought the coupons here. So they can be cut." I really couldnt believe that people like them actually existed. If she had given me her password to the computer, I could have made and printed my label in less than 5 minutes. And I went there because it was close to work, and I had this stupid 25% off coupon for shipping a package if I used an Office Depot UPS service. I could have save 40 minutes of my life and paid $5 more (that I saved) to have it shipped in a real UPS office. As for office supplies and everything else? Who knows. Im never going back to that store, Period. Unless you replace your entire UPS staff with people who have a full functioning BRAIN!

I went in to design a simple business card. The original associate was extremely helpful and had my entire card designed in 10min or so. Then I was pushed back in line so they could help a customer that had just arrived. After that they felt the need to not save my designed card and rotate employees. The new employee had no idea what I was there for or where the design had gone. Complete waste of time. To rotate employees during the middle of a task is absurd and very far from efficient. There are 1000s of online business card design sites. I will be using one of those.

Wish I could, give a 0 star, the worst customer service experience. I called in 5 times just to know the price for mobile screen replacement. All the times, without giving any further information I was put on hold for 8-10 mins, no response from other side just some music running on. Even I gave the option to have my number noted and call me back, which I never received. The lady on the call sound least interested in helping out customer. My first experience with Office depot, or should I say WORST experience with office depot!!!

This has to be one of the unprofessional staffs I have ran into. Not only did I have to wait for over 15 minutes while no one else was in the store but also would not print my info unless I did her way. Ill be going to use the office depot I always use because this was unacceptable

They lost my print order and after waiting for 45 minutes, they finally were able to reprint the entire order. I came at opening, so it was not busy. None of the employees had the competency to solve the problem in a timely manner. I never write reviews but this was insane.

I always cringe when I have to call in and ask if they have something in stock. Expect to wait 10 minutes if they remember they put you on hold. Sadly, there arent that many customers in the store so youd think theyd be on top of things.

Its in a convenient location for me but theres nothing special about this one. The service is mediocre at best. I waited in a queue for about ten minutes for a copy while one employee helped another customer and another just stocked shelves.

The shopping center where the Office Depot is located is definitely older, but I was really surprised when I saw the inside of the store... looks brand new. I got great service in the electronics department while shopping for a laptop.

They dont follow instructions when you send an email with detailed instructions of how you want your copies or print job. I had to wait several minutes just because they had to print again the files I sent.

I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful each time I have been there. Got a great deal on car charger for my phone while I was there.

This location is pretty rough. Dont expect much keep, or much inventory. It always feels like they are on the brink of going out of business.

Dropped my laptop off with a coupon for diagnostics, the place was under staffed but the staff were very helpful and friendly

I have had to go there few times to print and scan. Guy taking care of me was very professional and doing good multi tasking
