I may have to find a new place for my printing. After placing an order online receiving the confirmation it was ready to be picked up I showed up at the store this morning. Being greeted with a surly sales rep who is clearly irritated that he could not find my order. I went back out to my car to get proof of the order. Came back in which he never asked to see my confirmation. Immediately found my order and then blamed me for not having my full name clearly displayed on on their tracking system. After all of the inconvenience I was never apologize to nor was I thank for my order. I think Office Depot could spend a little bit of time on customer service training

I took paper I bought online here to get it cut down to specific sizes. The cuts were sloppy, none of the pieces of paper matched in size and an entire ream of paper was wasted. Do not trust their inept service department with anything regarding your business. When I commented on the quality of work I was told "well its not a magic cutter".
