HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My mother went in to purchase a computer and the sales representative that was "helping" us (employee 289504) was extremely rude and was trying to over sell products and services that she did not need. When she tried to tell him that she did not need the extra services he had an attitude and rudely asked her why she thought she didnt need it and that he couldnt make changes to the sale (even though NOTHING had been purchased). I found his customer service and demeanor in general just horrible. With this extra service she was forced into purchasing, we were informed that she would be receiving the computer this afternoon. Upon leaving, we were confirming the time we would be able to come get the computer, and we were told it could be today but most likely tomorrow (when she would be out of town and unable to pick up her computer). We will NOT be returning to this OfficeMax in the future and will recommend others to do the same.

Terrible service. Disgusting store. Totally incompetent After placing an order online and confirming the order over the phone, I went into pick it up only for them to say there was a problem with my online purchase and I couldnt take it home with me. This took 30 minutes for them to figure out!

Go here if you need office supplies like pens, paper, ink, toner, binders, etc. and cant wait for amazon to deliver. Very hard to find help as this store seems like it usually has 2 employees working here at any given time.

This place sucks pretty bad. Overwhelmingly bright fluorescent lights. Poor stock selection. Below average customer service. The Copymax center is well run though. The manager over there is nice as well.

Newly remodeled and ready for the 21st century, this place offers good selection, helpful staff and the occasional doorbuster sale thats worth a visit.
