My husband, Marshall, and I purchased our new Tempurpedic bed from The Healthy Back Store. Ive never met such helpful and genuinely nice people as Rob and Joe. My husband and I donated our old bed to a family member. We let the guys at the Healthy Back Store know of this donation. Rob and Joe hand delivered the bed to our house today to ensure that we had the bed sleep on...since our old bed was donated. To me they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. You dont see customer service like this much anymore. Thank you Rob & Joe. We appreciate your hard work and kindness. Outstanding experience.
