This entry will focus on their pub stop inside the store. My companion and I had the fried bologna and southwest chicken, both served with fries that were soggy instead of crisp. Neither selection really impressed. Chicken really not seasoned well to qualify for any particular title. Bologna sandwich consisted of shaved mortedella, an Italian cold cut. It was fried to a greasy crispness and dressed with gouda, pickle and mustard. Both Sandwiches served on buttered brioche. Would have been better to take slab of meat with a good sear. Nothing here worth a second trip. Bar man Eric was helpful with beer selection but overall I found his manner supercilious. I asked him to remove the yellow mustard he was about to place on the table as I detest the stuff. He appeared to actually want to redress me for my personal taste. I had noted that my sandwich was supposed to be dressed with a whole grain mustard according to my menu when it was served with a Dijon. Small matters one might think but its really part of the entire customer satisfaction equation. I hope Whole Foods Management thinks so too

Last weekend my husband and I ordered 6 clam bakes ahead of time for our lunch at 1PM. When we arrived at whole foods seafood department our order was not seen in the "specialty order book." Geoff quickly strategized with his team to put together the most amazing clam bake! Their customer service is far superior to anything that my husband and I have experienced in the area. We will definitely be calling in more clam bakes to the seafood department- by far the best clam bake in town. Geoff is your guy if you have any questions in the seafood department and the team is excellent. Thank you Whole Foods for such great service! We love supporting you!

I have been to 3 Whole Foods Markets in 3 different states. All of them have difficulty keeping common items in stock. Their Quinoa frequently has moths growing in it. Their raisins have hard stems in them, and the bin is blocked by the weigh scale. Their chicken has tendons and an excess of fat. Their Sweet Potatoes had a bitter taste. Their non-GMO products frequently tested GMO content in independent labs. Their sales help is no help. I have brought these facts to the attention of the managers in N. Carolina & Texas with little or no action. I refuse to even ask the management here to do anything that might involve doing their job!

Its ok. They need more vegan options on their food bar. Only having salad options and an occasional vegan soup is not very inviting to vegans. Stearing away vegans = stearing away business... And whats the point of that being a grocery store? Not to mention, a Whole Foods grocery store?! All the other Wholes Foods that Ive been to all over the country, including the one on Cedar Road in Cleveland Heights, have a good variety for vegans regularly. Meat eaters and Herbivores can share and eat in the same place! Thats a healthy way to have a grocery store, a good balance. Its 2016, get it together!

Positives, check out, supplements, pizza, seafood , bakery, wine, bar area and produce all have outstanding customer service! Meat and deli definitely need some product training. Not being able to tell a customer how much sodium is in the Applegate turkey is unacceptable and then putting no effort into getting the answer only makes it worst from the customers stand point of view. I dont know is never the right answer. The meat counter is often unattended after 7pm. Also compared to EarthFare, the beef prices are way higher.

Almost everything is great about this place. Lots of selections, clean, organized, pizza bar, prepared foods. Nice atmosphere, good lighting. Only drawbacks are the prices, kind of pricey. Also, in the prepared food sections, they should separate the vegan / vegetarian foods to the side and not intermixed with the meat based items, as it grosses us out and we veg heads worry about cross contamination. To most of us, Animals are not food, so its like looking at a bin full of mudd or tar next to the veg tofu salad!

I went to the opening this morning and it was a very gala occasion. The store is beautiful and full of all the healthy products I know and love. Im excited about having it in my neighborhood. My friend and I enjoyed navigating through the beautifully set up isles, but since it was so crowded, Im looking forward to going back when I can take a more leisurely stroll through the store. Thank you, Whole Foods, for coming to Rocky River! We love you!

Bought some selfserve pastries (chocolate croissants, croissants, Danish pastries and apple turnovers) and I was over charged at the cashier. They enter "croissant" as a code even if what you buy arent croissants so consequently over charging you. If you dont remember the individual price of your pastries, you will be over charged. Watch out, you have been warned! First Whole Food that I dont like. Need a good manager in this place.

I really enjoy this Whole Foods. Its a decent size and there is usually parking. My only critique is the food in the buffet. Its definitely fresh, I just wish that there were more unique things available. Its typically your traditional American food choices. When I think of Whole Foods I think of healthy, organic and fresh. American food is so heavy. But other than that I much prefer this Whole Foods to the one on the East Side.

Meatless Mondays are a cool idea in their prepared foods section. Its $8 for a certain size plate that the charge a flat rate rather then by the weight which is the normal pricing. Its a nice but often busy market with great offerings and options. They have a bar and eat in area and I believe even a pool table. You can go grab a bite and drinks there if you dont need to get groceries.

Of the 3 whole foods locations (Univ Heights, Chagrin, Rocky River), this is by far the best. Remember, like any other location, to come to Foodie Fridays... 5 pairs of wine and food. The crew chucking oysters are great, and so is the bar (yes there is a full bar in the corner). Large area will make you feel right at home.

Absolutely my favorite place to shop my food, vitamins and anything else i need. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and easy to find when you need assistance. The store is also very clean and there homemade food is delicious! A little bit pricey but i think thats to be expected with the quality that you get.

I love this store. I come out of my way specifically here because the staff is extra friendly and the store is immaculate. Plus, they arent as expensive as many people think. I spend less on meats here than I do at any other store of you buy whats on sale and use their app. And they are hormone and antibiotic free!!

Still refer to this chain as whole paycheck but bargains are to be found and they do pay a decent wage (so I am told). Go for specialty items, sales and samples. Their eat in areas are nicely designed and welcoming and the employees are knowledgable and friendly. Parking lot sucks but not their fault.
