Customer service definitely not a priority in this store there was one particular cashier (Tammy Fae Baker look-a-like) who, when I asked if there was a pay phone I could use to call a taxi she said she didnt know of one in the area she also claimed that the store had no phone and when I asked what she would do in case of an emergency she said use a cell phone so when I asked her if she would do me the courtesy of calling a taxi from the cell phone she refused, so needless to say I had to leave my entire basket of groceries behind because I could not carry two gallons of milk and a sack of potatoes along with all my other groceries home. Obviously "Customer service" is not in their repertoire. I would like to add, my first question to her was is there a pay phone I could use and seeing as how I didnt have that option I would have thought that they would have extended that courtesy for me it just seems like an obvious choice.

Good quality products for alot less money. You put refundable quarter in shopping cart and when u return the cart u get quarter back. Usually I give a quarter to shopper who finished with theirs so they dont have to walk it back to return area. Then you bag your own groceries. You can purchase paper or plastic bags for 3 or 5 cents or bring ur own. All saves us money. Its different in a good way. I save money and usually meet a nice person while Im there.

I love the products and how Aldis makes it much more affordable to eat healthier with lower prices. I rated our Huntington, WV store only 4 starts because I wish our store was updated. The aisles are very narrow, as well as, the checkout areas can get very congested when the store is busy due to it being a small store.

I love shopping at Aldi. I can buy almost everything I want or need there in less than half the time I would spend shopping at larger stores. The produce and meat are always so fresh. And my dog loves their dog food.

They dont bag your bag your items and there is typically only one registrar open but this is to keep saving you money. Just grab empty boxes or bring bags with you when you come. Great prices
