The first time I called to order shingles for my garage roof I spoke to a very nice and helpful person who offered to order in samples of the colors I was looking at. Unfortunately when I called back a week later I reached Daryll, who put me on hold for 15 minutes, only disconnect me twice in the course of our phone call and then inform me that they didnt have the samples I had asked for. He was rude and unapologetic about the delay which now leaves me scrambling to find the materials for this project. Im happy to take my business elsewhere.

If I could give less than one star I would I spent $700 dollars on lumber to realize the next day they shorted me 4 boards worth $40 dollars I called to inform them and darrly basically said you signed the ticket sorry you are lying will never go back
