Horrid "customer service" at this place. We had done a remodel, had unused materials left over at $1400 in value. Had every one of our receipts, all the necessary documents, not to mention spending many thousands at Home Depots in the Tampa area. Went to return the items, got no help whatsoever from these people, just cold stares, plus they refused to look at our receipts. Rang up the items pretending to issue us a credit, and out pops a receipt stating "return denied, contact the Retail Equation for a report as to why your items cant be returned." The woman who was "helping" us then promptly said: "Oh, thats too bad, its out of our hands now, youll have to contact them." Tried, but it was a total waste of time, person on the phone from RE could barely speak English. Got nowhere with them, so, this appears to be a convenient dodge for Home Depot to weasel out of returning unused (and pristine) items to their customers. These people are worthless, and needless to say, well never be setting foot in a HD again, they have plenty of competitors here who will be more than glad to have our business. Too bad, since we have another home to remodel plus a garage. As for Home Depot, you need to take Business Ethics 101, since you obviously flunked it the first time, good riddance.

I am very disappointed with home depot and their lack or quality customer service. I purchased a dishwasher about 2 weeks ago that was just delivered today after the promised delivery time of 1-5pm. I set up my original delivery for last week and was left with no other option but to reschedule when the delivery service finally called me at 6:30pm stating their driver was still 30-45 minutes out from delivering my product. My promised delivery time was also 1-5pm last week and in their disclaimer that is given through an automated call the day before they are very adamant that the customer must be home and cannot change the delivery time but yet the company can be late.. Not very fair or convenient for a customer. Today when my product was delivered I was informed they cannot install my appliance due to my kitchen shape. ive never heard of such an excuse.. maybe because its Friday at the delivery guys wanted to get home. I elected to have the appliance delivered without being installed just because I am over the unreliable services from the company. I would not recommend having a product delivered from home depot as this is not the first time Ive had this problem with appliances being delivered from home depot.

Last year I went to home depot on park st. And Seminole Blvd to purchased a few items and as I got to this one cashier I noticed she wasnt as friendly as the other workers like saying hi or how are u today, ect. Well she gave my total and I gave her cash in her hand, and she dropped my change n my receipt on the counter! I asked for a supervisor to let them kno how this lady is treating their customers well the supervisor said he would have a talk with her and that he is very sorry and it wont happen again. So I left.. well jus now I just returned two things I bought but didnt need at the return desk and this same grumpy old lady did it again but this time threw my receipt on the counter n said ur mony is back on ur card.... lol I went off! I talked to the supervisor n told him this is the second time this chick did this.. he said the same Ol same Ol so I knew nothing was gonna be done n then a cashier told me to come to her line n said Im so sorry for what she did to u and she put 50% off on what I bought!!!! I see theres still sum gud people in this world but you gotta stand up for yourself when things arent right!!!!

I want to commend employees that have been very helpful to me at this Home Depot today! In aisle #17 DAVE found the correct tiny screws I needed for a faucet in the bathroom . It was small sale but done with great courtesy and knowledge. Another employee MARY was very attentive and efficient in the plumbing area. Recently, I found SHERI to be very helpful and pleasant in customer service with special light bulbs. A month ago I also should have acknowledge an older man in the electric department . As you can tell this store is a go-to place for me . The store is obviously doing some good things in management to secure these excellent employees. The store looked well stocked and attractive ! I just wanted to let you know it is much appreciated!!

Everyone was so very, very helpful. Matt better known as Cowboy, went out of his way for us. We were buying roofing materials, i.e. Plywood, Sheeting, Eave Drip, Roof Rolls, etc., and our cart was loaded. We had to leave the store briefly to buy one other small item elsewhere, and Matt came along and, even though he was on another mission, advised us that he would be back with a label for our cart so that we could come back and pay for it later. True to his word he did just that, and even rolled the cart to a place where we could pick it up. Thank you Matt and thank you Home Depot! Thanks to all the other helpful and courteous employees also.

I LOVE THIS Home Depot. Ive shopped in all the H.D. within a 25 mile radius and this one is the BEST. Its employees are friendly and extremely helpful. Especially commend Julie in Window treatments, who used to work in Kitchen. Even though I told her I wasnt ready to order for months she still showed me the products, helped me order samples. Even better she remembered me from a bathroom rehab I did 5 or 6 years ago when she helped me order a Wilson Art laminate that was going out of availability for a countertop. She is so competent and helpful. Applause !

Anthony Dixon is a gem. I wish I had 22 Anthonys when I had staff. Weve had some minor home repairs and over the last 2-3 weeks had to go to this location to pick up "things" for the next days work. Anthony was there to help even if it wasnt in his immediate area. He found us the right person to assist. He is cordial and very pleasant. Yesterday, I needed help with a blind. John who was there to help me. How lucky are we to have both these gentlemen to help us. Thank you. Roger and Liz

Went to 2 HD today. One to return dept. Park Blvd did not have items needed. Went to Ulmerton. Return employee at Park Blvd was busy talking to another cashier. I ask her several times where an item was but she didnt answer & I ask her did she hear me. She said wed have to finish the transaction first. Ulmerton was great! Very busy but there was plenty if people around to help me. I was standing in a long line & a cashier came & said to come with her, she would check me out.

This is our go to Home Depot. Always greeted and welcomed into the store every time we shop. Bought a floor model Weber grill last year for Christmas which was reduced. When I determined that it would cost more to ship it to Chicago than the sale price, Home Depot gladly returned the item for me and we made arrangements for it to ship directly from their local Chicago store. Almost made me feel like I was shopping at Nordstrom where the service is impeccable. Thank you!
