I have shopped at this Home Depot store for years. Just last year alone I have spent thousands at this store. Lately, their customer service has hit rock bottom. Today, I went in looking for a pair of metal clamps. I saw a sales attendant and wanted to ask a simple question; one which would have taken 5 seconds to answer. At the time I approached him there was no one with him but when I got within 2 feet to ask the question re: the tool I was holding in my hand, he said in a very rude and demeaning tone..."I am with a customer right now!", as they walked up. I said dont worry about it and didnt buy the tool....trust me, they dont care. My wife has complained on a number of occasions of how they talk down to women. From now own I will spend my money at the smaller privately owned stores, even though it costs more because they dont have the buying power of the big box stores. If they dont have it, Amazon here I come.

The best customer service every time. And there are plenty of stores that close early for Christmas parties. So thats a stupid review. If you actually had a problem then you can put that down. They only do that once a year and its always around the same time. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Ive never had an issue. even if they dont sell something they tell me where and make sure its there before they send me out. This is the only Home Depot Ill shop at.

Deceptive pricing and extremely poor knowledge in answering questions as to WHY something isnt priced correctly. Apparently the Brookfield sink is $249.00 but only in white. No where does the pricing mention an increase of $200.00 for a color change. The posted price does not mention that point nor is there a point instating that any color other than white is special order. So any color other than white, the cost is $433.00. No thanks.

i asked for help with finding a torque wrench or torque screwdriver and got told what you see is what we have. the employee never got no more information about what i was working on or what i needed for very frustrating and waste of gas to not get what you came for and the possibility that what you came for is still in the store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MENARDS here i come

The help saved my poor feet, gave me directions and answered all my questions. Home depot had everything i was searching for and much, much more. My disabled friend even had a special made driving cart for such ones which allows them to be independent! Thumbs up for home depot and a five star rating!

They have a lot of nest stuff to look at, but seem to really want you to use the self checkout, which is a pain in the rear with large items, like posts and wood. Prices and sales arent amazing. The painting folks are great!

Aside from a couple of friendly and helpful people at the end of my shopping experience, I was very frustrated that I could not find employees to help me or the people who I did talk to were not helpful at all.

Got transferred to every department except the one i asked to be transferred to. ask the girl about a Husky part and she wasnt sure Husky was carried by home depot and proceeded to argue with me.
