Zettler Hardware-Powell I have gone here many times since they opened. I am glad to see they are up to full speed in the way of stock now. I have been spoiled by the prices of the "big guys" but you cannot beat the convenience of a little local hardware store right in town. I really like these little stores when it comes to finding just the right screw or bolt, the hardware section is great. The fact that the store is so small it does have its limits, but for most home owners it is perfect. Even when the power was out after a storm, they were there with their generator running to help us out. I did have an experience once like other reviewer that I got in and out without any real service but that was an exception. Usually I am asked repeatedly if I need help, if not escorted right to what i need by one of them. I hope they have great success.

Finally-a real hardware store in my neighborhood that offers customer service as well as anything you could possibly need. I have visited the new Zettler Hardware several times since it opened in December, granted they do have a few kinks to work out but that is to be expected I am sure when a new store opens up. My first experience was great...the minute I stepped through the door I was greeted by a cashier who immediately asked me if there was anything she could help me find. I was looking for a cordless phone battery-she directed me to the correct aisle where another employee approached me and helped me find it right away. You cant beat that for service. I will be returning to Zettlers for future shopping.

I bought a patio set here with free delivery, the chairs held water like a sponge, so I asked to return them. It took a few days, but they picked it back up and gave me a full refund. No way Lowes or Home Depot would do that for free!Of course we wouldnt have purchased it in the first place if the saleman hadnt told us the chairs dried fast... but I think he believed the manufacturers promises, not that he wanted to decieve us.

Nice to buy at a family-owened Columbus institution instead of a national chain. Manager, Mike, is truly helpful and knowledgable. Prices compare very favorably to the big box stores. Buy local!
