I have bought several things from them in past and experience was just ok and I knew that I was paying a premium; I went to buy more Baldwin door handles to match what I have...rep was rude and he quoted me a higher price than what they told my wife the day before; so I walked out and went to Harold wholesale who not only informed me the model number that I was trying to purchase was their old model and that they have a new model that looks just like the old but $65 CHEAPER per handle. Never going back
