As soon as you go through the door, a friendly face asks what you need help with and then takes you to the item(s). Prices are decent and for many home items youll find more of a variety here than in your big box stores like home depot or lowes. I dont know how they can have so much on hand. Ive had several home projects where an associate has put together parts and pieces to create a great solution. If they dont carry something, they give a suggestion of where the item can be picked up. They also have a great policy of hiring high school and college students who are eager to help and learn as they work. I have never had a bad experience, even when they were located south one mile in a smaller location.

Needed a chainsaw blade replaced and was told there is a $5 charge, I asked why because employees were here anyway. I was told it was because they are busy helping customers, funny buying a new chainsaw blade doesnt make me a customer they are helping. I sure hope that $5 is worth 1* review. Just to add, I saw at least 2 guys standing around doing nothing, another walking away, not helping a customer, none being the one who changed the blade, which was like 5 minutes or less.

Stones Ace will beat out any Home Depot. The employees are quick and helpful, and their selection, while not as large as the big box stores, covers anything you are going to need.
