parked my car there for a few hours at night and plows went OUT OF THERE WAY to push snow at every angle of my car. I know it was intentional due to the plow marks on all 4 sides of the mountain of snow that covered my car. Who knows what damage you did??!?!! Burying it in over 4ft of snow, the only thing visible was my radio antenna. Im going to find out who is responsible for plowing that lot, and make sure you lose your job, lose your truck, or have your CDL pulled if your a livonia or wayne county worker. I had to spend 3 hours shoveling out my car at 3am after spending 9 hours already outside shoveling snow at work. I will find you... I will be contacting the plazas property owner and find out who he contracts to maintain that lot. I will show him the pictures I took and give him my attorneys card, who happens to be my uncle. The rest is up to him/her.

the employee who helped me was very rude - i felt like he had more important things to do than help a customer, and he made every effort to push me out the door - grabbing things from the shelf and pushing them into my hands. every time i paused to consider whether i had everything i needed, he insisted that i did and pointed me toward the cashier, despite knowing very little about my particular job. when i asked him to show me where the hacksaws were, he got very frustrated and actually criticized me for not already owning one. what kind of customer service is that? unless you know exactly what you need and can walk right in, find it, and leave, i cant recommend this hardware store.

I needed some parts for my gas BBQ grille and I was able to find everything I needed at this store. The employee who helped went above and beyond what was expected. I had brought in my old parts and he helped to determine what parts were broken and which could be reused. He even took apart the old good parts and reassembled them with the new parts. Excellent service. Also, this store has a wide selection of parts for almost any job around the house (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.). Its hard to find a good local hardware store that will cater to you, and this is one of them. Highly recommended.

This is a great neighborhood store, all of the staff a very friendly and helpful, the prices are competitive. They have most things you need to do around the house. Its easy to get propane refilled here. I love having a hardware store nearby so I dont have to go to the big box store when I dont need to. Support our local businesses..... Veterans parking space VERY IMPRESSIVE. Way to say thank you

This is the greatest hardware store in our area. They carry items I can never find elsewhere. Ive been searching for netting to keep the birds away from my strawberries. Couldnt find any at the large chain stores; but the True Value at 5 mile and Farmington Rd. had some. Also carries canning supplies year round so if you want to tap that maple tree, you can buy jars and lids in March.

This store is very helpful and has a great selection in stock. They carry everything from bolts to lawn mowers with quality stuff. They do propane refills, screen repairs, etc. So glad they are close to my home. Beats going to the big box store when not needed.
