Ah, if you are a "craftsman", you need a tool "depot", but dont want fake"lows" prices, then this is the place to go. These are hand tools on the level of "needing tools to do actual work, not "fetishizing" the tool and its care, but dont want to feel that "carjacked" price. Ive gone to those other places. The big box places tend to charge prices that put those "hand tools" in a price range that should put them "under glass". They dont have every tool under the sun, but the ones you need for wood, metal, cars and trucks, moving, welding, and storage...they got. And you can still get a beer with the money left over to celebrate your "fix-it" achievements.

Huge selection of inexpensive tools. The quality is generally extremely poor, but they are good about honoring their lifetime warranty. This is a good place to buy hammers, wrenches, dollys, and other items that are not easily broken. I wouldnt recommend purchasing power tools or delicate items here. Some of the staff is great, but on occasion, Ive had cashiers complain to me how much they hate their job, which I find off-putting. Overall, a great place to find a wide variety of tools.

This is a great place to find tools that you need for light duty use or a few specific projects. The prices cant be beat, but the quality reflects that in some cases. If youre looking for something that will be used heavily or often, definitely do your research first. Big plus: all items in their sales flyers have customer ratings, even when theyre not great. Its a refreshing piece of honesty.

Many believe that their products are of low quality, some are most arent, but the fact is if you are someone that only needs certain tools once in a while then they are perfect but if your using them for your job then do some research and purchase The extends warranty. I personally love all aspects of the. Store and especially the FREE item with $5 purchase coupons..

I freaking love this store !! The staff is very helpful. I have had impeccable customer service, despite the fact I memorized the the flow of items they carry. I think at some point my hubby will divorce me for spending so much at this store. They have everything you could pretty much want/need !!! Great Job to the staff of Harbor Freight :)

MANAGER SHALA IS BEYOND RUDE. STAFF IS VERYYYY LAZY AND WONT HELP A CUSTOMER. SHAYLA WOULD RATHER PLAY WITH HER WEAVE AND CHAT/TEXT ON HER CELL THAN RETAIN CUSTOMERS. DURING MY VISIT MULTIPLE PEOPLE HAD ISSUES THAT SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE WITH. ITS NOT WORTH IT TO DO BUSINESS HERE.

NEVER buy any of their Portable Power Pack (Jump Box) items, bought the Cen-Tech 4 in 1. 1st one died 5 months, bought warranty got the 2nd one and it died 4 months. I didnt by the warranty on the 2nd unit and when it didnt last 120 days I cant return. RIP OFF

Of course you get what you pay for. But quality is getting better, or Im getting more tolerable? Lol. Either case, you cant beat the prices of the tools, specially if you need em in a pinch.

Great place. Cheap tools for the Do It Yourself projects. And the tools arent mediocre quality either for home projects. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Typical Harbor Frieght store with cheap tools with sometimes questionable quality. The tools are generally good for typically diy use.
