What a great experience at this store! I came into the store to purchase a wheelbarrow. They had one left in the size I wanted but it was up on a display outside. An employee got it down for me, no problem. I paid and wheeled my new purchase out to my car where I proceeded to struggle to fit the wheelbarrow into my backseat. The employee who had helped me out earlier walked out to try to help. He couldnt get it to fit either so we walked back inside so I could exchange it. Instead the manager walked me and the Wheelbarrow back outside, took out some tools and took some of the parts off and was able to get it into my car. He explained how to get it back together since it can be a little tricky. Such fantastic customer service here! Ill come back time and time again.
