Brought in a pair of ace brand work gloves that hand very light use they were dry rotting and falling apart,the manager told me he would not honer the lifetime satisfaction guarantee without a receipt,nowhere does it say that you need a receipt,went down the rosd to a different ace and they were replaced no problem will not spend another penny at great landakes ace on lake orion UPDATE,got a call from the manager today after i complained to corporate and they are now honoring the satisfaction guarantee well done

Not really a hardware store. Two trips in to buy staples for my staple gun. The first trip I had the empty box and they gave me the wrong ones. The second time my wife went and I even sent the staple gun. Took them 20 mins. of thinking about it and she still came back with completely the wrong staples. Horrible!
