The optometrist was great, especially with kids. The staff is helpful but tend to overly rely on twisting your frame and nose piece to address focusing issues rather than address the lenses like they should. Their new signature EyeDef lens blows chunks compared to the lenses I got from them two years ago. In both cases, I paid top dollar far above my insurance to have lenses with the widest possible clear focusing area. The allegedly "best in class" EyeDef progressive lenses have less clear field of view and bigger blur zones than the progressive lenses I got from SVS two years ago. This is a step backwards in lens making technology.

The people that were working upfront were great. They were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They helped us in picking out the frames and very nice through the process. The doctor was really good too. She intently listened to all my concerns and gave us a lot of time in the appointment. Excellent place and will definitely do business again.

They were very nice and professional, I do think theres are a step behind other places I have bought glasses from.i think next time I will give Lenscrafters a try. But svs isnt bad.
