i went to pick up my glasses and the guy sitting on the phone at the front desk completely ignored me and after i stared at him for a few minutes he held up his finger to shush me. screw that. i said excuse me im here to pick up my glasses and he shushed me again saying he was on the phone with a customer. i doubt it was a customer since his side of the conversation appeared very personal. what kind of customer service training do they teach their front desk employees? none apparently. i will never go there again and i will spread the word about their awful business practices. signed a FORMER CUSTOMER.

Called multiple times for an eye exams and placed on hold for 15-20 mins both times.. customer service seems adequate but repairs as simple as a screw replacement is all but impossible for them to do correctly. If not for their convenience and selection, Id never go back! Then again, I may not!

Ladies are nice, gentlemen in the front didnt seem very happy to see us, stared right at us, no hello, no how can i help you. Then when i told him we where here for an eye exam he just pointes to the back. 1st and the last time coming here

Manager seems to have an attitude like he doesnt like his job or doesnt want to be there. Glasses remade twice. Still waiting on 2nd remake. Delays, delays. If this,set isnt correct, I wont be back.

All I get is an exam and contacts. Have never had a problem with service or products. Ive been going here 4 years.
