IN COMP ETENT. If I had to describe the workers here in one word, incompetent would be it. First time I walked in here I felt like maybe I was a zombie or something. The way they stared at me once I entered their field of vision was just plain rude. That was the first time I walked through those doors. Next up was my intentions of being there. To get my glasses adjusted. Specifically get them adjusted wider so that they dont squeeze my head. The first lady I encountered was rude-ish, and lied to me saying that there wasnt anything they could really do. Fast forward two visits later, I have this guy with tattoos (nothing wrong, just distinguishing) that was ok at first until the end. I went to shake his hand and he ignored me. Nice customer service. And worst of all, he was the manager. Can understand why this place Is horrible. All three visits, I had three different employees. All lied to me. They said I couldnt fix my glasses to stretch out. Well a couple hours of research on the computer and I found out all you have to do is put your ENTIRE frame in MEDIUM-HOT water (not boiling) for under a MINUTE. Then SLOWLY bend at the bridge outwards. Just look up the video on youtube for more explanation. It is the expert village with the guy in the white doctor jacket. Save your time and your money and go to a less known company. Those companies tend to carry HUMBLE workers.

By far the best eye exam and and eyeglass purchasing experience I have ever had. I have been wearing contacts, and glasses for almost 50 years so Ive had many exams. Dr. Triglio was great, New contact lens fit perfectly. Everyone was very helpful, the best part was there was no high pressure to buy the more expensive frames, the girl that assisted me told me my options, and made suggestions for add on lens enhancements but didnt push. I love my glasses and they were ready the same day. I highly recommend both the doctors, and the eyeglass staff.

The sales associate, Rihannon, was very helpful. I had a bad experience looking for frames at my doctors office earlier and Rihannon was much more professional and helpful than my earlier experience. She helped me find the perfect frames and their way of comparing looks with ipad pictures was cool. She was also very patient and called my insurance company to straighten out a mistake my doctors office made, that made it seem I already had used my benefits on glasses when I hadnt. Overall I great experience and I cant wait to pick my glasses up!

I have been a patient of Dr. Shonfelds at your office for many years. In the past few months, I kept being told that I would have to see another Dr since Dr Shonfeld couldnt see me on the days I was available to come in. Recently I walked into Cleveland Vision Center to see about setting up an appointment, and curiously I saw Dr Shonfeld working for them. Why hasnt anyone told me that Dr Shonfeld had left or was splitting hours with another office up to this point? I am very upset that everyone there has been wasting my time.

Mandate an annual exam on you to even get a pair of replacement glasses? What a racket! After being turned away there with a 13 month old prescription from them, I took my old (out of date, due to their ridiculous fill-the-empty-eye-clinic with annual prescriptions policy) prescription from them and filled it online easily, and for about half the price. I dont care that the online shop doesnt take my CCF insurance -- the glases and lenses were so much less expensive, and they dont force an unnecessary annual exam on you.

Nothing worse then people not doing their job. Go through the entire exam and then find that my insurance that they said they take they actually dont. Im going someplace where they know what they are doing!

Poor customer service the doc was perfect but the people in the lens and frame section have no knowledge and to receive your glasses takes weeks so you pay a high price for a long wait

I went to get my eye exam and Selina was very helpful. The picture of my eyes look really cool. Dont know how she convinced me to pay for it, but totally worth it in the end.
