HORRIBLE customer service. I went in and no one greeted me. Both were assisting other customers but someone could have looked up and identified a customer in their shop. Then finally after 20 minutes and deciding on glasses the woman said that she would be with me in 10 minutes. The man she was helping got up and a different customer walked in. He sat down immediately and received assistance. She didnt tell him I was waiting and he would have to hold on. I tried to say something and she just ignored me and kept helping him. I walked out and I was really upset because I had just spent a half an hour at this point finding the right frames and I had some I wanted to buy. I turned around and went back in and she started yelling back at me that she wasnt really helping him she was just answering "his questions" HELLO?! I had been there for a half an hour and had heard ONE SENTENCE from her. HORRIBLE service. Will not ever go back. This woman is very rude and should be fired. All the employees in this shop should be ashamed of themselves, loosing sales because they cant follow the most BASIC customer service principles.

Fantastic vision center. Went in with low expectations but Doctor S. was superb. I lost my contact lenses while on vacation and he was able to meet with me the next day. Fast, knowledgeable, and generous with samples. Great optometrist in Naples!

One of the most informative eye exams I have ever had. She found a spot on my eye that has been there for years and no other doc had ever even noticed. Highly recommend this vision center.
