HORRIBLE!!! 1. Scheduled a date and time two weeks out because that was the soonest (this is fine) 2. Day before notified that Dr.would not be in had to changed date to a week out (this was also fine, things happen) 3. My daughter gets there never dilated her eyes and told her the machine was broken to check her eyes and she could go to Ft. Myers as a walk-in. (not ok) 4. Mickey Moused the machine to work which my faith in her diagnosis is not there. (not ok) 5. Gave her a script which ended up just being a piece of paper.No name, no phone number, no date, no signature. (not Ok) ARE YOU KIDDING ME. All this combined and I am not even going into details on how when I call they dont know what a month out means. As the scheduling agent tried to schedule 2 weeks out even though I said a month which most people know that is 4 weeks. When I called about the script not being a script they didnt care one bit. Look I did not decide to send my child to the Optometrist just for a fun field trip day!!!!! She was having problems seeing and getting headaches. But I now understand that there is NO care for concern or understanding that our eyes are VERY important. This is their business, they have shown POOR professionalism, lack of knowledge and concern and down right dont care about their patients. Please dont go here unless you want to be treated like a piece of dirt on their shoe. When I called the main office and said hey I am very upset about everything and asked for a manager they then put me on the phone with someone else, I repeated that I was not happy. She responded with a hmmmm...well...Sorry? I then said I know this is not your fault but you work for the company Her response- Today is my last day, with a low giggle. WOW, because you see when I first called I was speaking to someone else and asked for a manager and they decide to put me on the phone with someone that basically has their foot out the door. Was that even a wise decision? Again, maybe they all just have a lack of common sense not sure. But I will not be taking my daughter to this place EVER AGAIN!!

GREAT value. For someone who has a basic prescription, few eye problems, and very tight schedule, this place was great. I called and got a same day appointment. I had to wait a little while for the doctor to arrive, but I was still in and out in less than an hour. Received an eye exam, contact lens prescription, and two boxes of lens for 100 bucks. I will be back and I will recommend to anyone!

I just got back from my appointment and it was absolutely amazing. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and medical school certified. With years of experience. The ladies in the front of the office were absolutely incredible! They really know what they are doing. Cant wait to pick up my new glasses!

Terrible warranty, I had my frames come apart and took it in to have it fixed. They fixed it once and said "bring them back if they ever have that happen again", so it happened again and then they didnt fix it. Terrible customer service and false warranty. The eye grams are very cheaply made.

Horrible service! They made my appointment & gave me the wrong date! I come in thinking it was my appointment day & they told me its not this Saturday its next Saturday & they wouldnt take me in because I was considered a "walk in" worst customer service didnt even apologize or anything!

Good value. Good luck getting the right office when you call. Ordered frames and they went to the wrong location. Then changed prices on quoted frames. Wont recommend again unless they honor their price
