BUYER BEWARE! Very disappointed all around. The wait time was ridiculous! Then while I was being thoroughly confused with the "explanation" of my "special offer" there were customer service people standing around doing nothing. My issue with the "special offer" is they dont tell you that that they make more money when you choose the special offer and in the end does nothing for me. But here is what really got me, I asked for a screen protector, nothing else, just a screen protector, directly after the very confusing conversation about my bill/ special offer, she brings out the bundle package, I thought it came with the phone. She brings out about 8 phone cases for me to choose from, I chose the case and and she put that on with the screen protector. now, to be fair i did say"oh, i geta case?" She said ya it comes with your bundle, she never mentioned price so i assumed it was part of my "special offer". So she updates my phoen and all that...she proceeds to let me know what I owe today. Confused again I ask why am I paying today...long story short she snuck in the bundle without asking me would I like it.again, being confused I pay. Im not a stupid person, she is really good at her job! Ill be taking the bundle back today. Cant tell you how ticked off I was after thinking about it all after I got home. My husband was pretty ticked off too when I tried to explainexplain it to him.im going return the $70.00 charger I dont need Ill be filling out my survey and contacting corporate. Dont think they will care but they will hear me anyways.

I consider this my verizon store - the one I go to most often. Although it is a larger store and have more reps, they disappoint you in every way possible. Im 97% convinced that their reps are trained to put all their effort into NOT helping you. I lost my phone this week and instead of helping me through the process, each one of my questions were deferred and defended against. I wasnt fighting or demanding anything - simply asking for advice on getting a new phone back. Instead i was given snappy and quick answers with little to no explanation as to how or why things worked other than, because so. I was hoping they could help me, but instead i realized i knew more about my policy and how verizon worked then she did. Thanks for letting me waste $1.23 in gas and 30 minutes in time. The reps no littler to nothing about the products they are selling. They view each customer as a price tag and have ZERO people skills. If you are forced to go to this store, be prepared to fight for what you deserve as a customer. These people are trying to rob you blind. worst. verizon. store. on. the. planet.

I had a very pleasant experience at this Verizon store. Ive been a customer of Verizon for over 5 years and have been to many different store branches. I understand that the wait can be extremely long at times. So when I saw that the store had a low review (to be fair, most Verizon stores have sub-optimal reviews), I braced myself before I went in the store. I was greeted by a warm welcome by a check-in person and was immediately directed to a "solutions specialist" named Ty Holloway. He was attentive, addressed the issues I was having, and answered all my questions with professionalism. I even sprang him with a last minute request, and Ty gladly obliged. I was in and out of the store in about 20 minutes and could not be happier. There were about 8-9 customers in the store at the time of my visit. I know my future visits may not always be this efficient, but I was impressed with the level of service I received at this Verizon store today.

I am so much happier with my $10 dollar trac phone and $20 a month unlimited everything. thank god I dropped Verizon, they quote you a price then charge you 40-50% more per month, really shady business practices, theres nothing wrong with this particular store other than the fact that its owned by Verizon lol They are just as bad as time warner :P There are so many cheaper alternatives to verizon these days I highly recommend you look around, I was a customer for over 15 years and had unlimited data grandfathered in, well a few years of that and several thousand GB (for free) later they made it so that my cell service was so poor I had to either switch plans or drop their service they are systematically getting rid of everyone that has legacy unlimited data choose another wireless provider!!

This would be 1 star if the customer service person who helped me out hadnt been so nice. I went there because I had broken my phone, I was literally 12 days away from an upgrade, having been a Verizon Wireless customer for 15 years! Despite my customer loyalty, having paid all of my bills on time, and having insurance, the manager on duty refused to offer me an early upgrade. They instead wanted me to use my insurance to buy an old phone, then upgrade in 12 days, or pay full price (or potentially half price, manager approved) for a new phone. When I got home I messaged Verizon Wireless directly, they gave me the early upgrade, it took less than 10 minutes for me to order the new phone, and have it shipped to me (free) in less than two days.

While the staff all seem very friendly and competent, the wait time is unacceptable. There were only a few people in the store when I came in, and my wait time is currently at 45 minutes. I cant imagine there were more than 3 people ahead of me. At this point there are another three to four people behind me, all of whom look bored and ready to leave. Making people in a mostly empty store wait up to an hour before they can make a purchase is a terrible way to run a business. I would honestly leave but they did have the courtesy to let me know I am next and apologized for the wait.

these guys will say anything you want to hear prior to your transaction, I would highly reconsider buying your phone an wireless service from another source. with specific request sold us the wrong phone- didnt want to exchange within 10 min of paid item. trying to enforce a restocking fee even for an upgrade exchange. Have been a Verizon customer for many years, didnt matter to them if they are mistreating you . BE SURE TO SHOP AROUND THIS PLCE IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT, UN FRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY AT ANY COST.

Got me to sign up for a 24 month plan without my knowing for 36$ a month when I was told I was due for a free upgrade. DONT I repeat dont trust this store specifically Paul Micheal and Brian (store manager). They will lie, cheat, and deceive you to get your money... which btw is all you are to them a price tag. I hate leaving a bad review but they gave me no possible solution; not even a compromise. The Mayfield Verizon store is the worst store I have ever encountered if I could rate it 0 stars I would still be to high.

upgraded my phone here... it wasnt activating.. my rep was too busy flirting with his coworker than worrying about my phone not activating... after 20 minutes of it not activating i finally got fed up and went across the street.. the rep used my upgrade but put the phone on another line of mine.. the store across the street gave me a new sim and activated my phone.. wasnt offered any accessories nor any incremental add ons like previous visits.. very sad, this used to be an ok store
