My experience started well. My son had a Galaxy S5 with a broken screen. The cost to replace just the glass seemed very reasonable. Took them one day to turn it around... not bad. Picked up the repaired phone and there was glue residue all over the side and back of the phone. It cleaned off easy enough so not a big deal. Before we even checked out we noticed an odd discoloration to the LCD. When questioning it, they said the LCD must have got burnt when removing the old glass and offered us 10% off the repair. My son was OK with that, so we paid and left. If this was the end of the story i would have been happy, however after one week the digitizer glass stopped working. They have a 90 day warranty so I take it back. They apologize for the screen failing and I understand at this point that components are sometimes out off your control. They have to order a replacement glass. One week later I finally get a call stating my repair was complete. I go to pick it up and immediately notice that the glass is lifted off on the upper left corner. I hand it back to the store employee. He presses it down and it doesnt pop right back up so he started to hand it back to me. When he saw the look on my face saying that is not going to be good enough, he changes his mind and decides to take in the back to have it looked at. Another employee bring me the phone back in about 5 minutes. She stated she added some more glue to the bottom right corner. I said it was the upper left that was lifted off and she replied that it seems to be fine on that corner and reminded me that they offer a 90 day warranty. Not feeling confident in this last fix, I leave the store. I notice on my way out that there is more glue residue on the out side but this appears to be more like super glue crust than like then glue from the first repair. I take the phone home and lay it face up on my kitchen table for the night. I get up the next morning and sure enough the upper left corner has popped back up. I go back to the store. This is now the third time I have handed them my sons phone to correct their repair. I am very frustrated by this time. They take the phone into the back and they have it ready within a few minutes. Yes the glass is stuck down but now MORE super glue crust residue. Yes the phone seems to be working now but this left a very bad taste in my mouth. All of this happened in less than three weeks from the original repair. I live almost 50 miles from this store and I chose to use them based off of other peoples experiences. If this repair last more than the 90 day warranty, I do not plan to visit their store again.

Me being the clutz I am damaged my iphone a second time. This go around the guy got it right the first time and even fixed a remaining issue with the front facing camera lens having leftover residue. I will say there are still a few things like my phone rattles when I shake it now because there is a broken piece that was left inside, also my screen does that rainbow effect thing when I touch the screen with average pressure near the point of the fall impact, and now I can feel and hear my screen bouncing back after touching down on the screen like it wasnt fastened all the way down. Not sure how much of those things were in the repair persons control. The first time I cracked my phone screen and I had to come back 4 times (defective screen, loose connections screwing up touch, Siri function disabled, and residue left on front facing camera) before they got it to the point I decided Ill live with whatever was still messed up. I almost dont think my phone wouldve broken again if it was repaired well the first time because it didnt fall far, it fell on carpet, and my screen didnt actually crack. Honestly when I think about it I dont know why I came back, the first experience I wouldve only given it 1 star for the inconvenience of having to drive back so many times. But Im okay with the fix compared to buying a brand new phone out of contract I guess. Update: I ended up having to go back to get it fixed again because the bottom of my phone screen started coming up and the screen was going rainbow at one spot. They said there were no screws at the bottom to hold down the screen and they said there was left over debris (shards of glass) pushing up against my phone which explains the rattling noise. Im almost wondering if they even replaced my screen because when I saw the screen coming up, it still looked like the screen was shattered in the same exact spot, which is pretty shady considering they charged me for a new screen. But maybe its in my head. Im going to go ahead and say that I dont think that fixing phones is this shops thing but the reviews for laptops and other devices are looking good. Im not coming back in the future if my phone breaks again.

While I am glad that everyone on here had such a great experience with this place, I however did not. I brought in my older ibook g4 after emailing them about the DC input being broken. Although an "older" laptop the computer was in great shape and worked wonderfully. When the part broke I just couldnt charge the book. When I went into the store the rep told me he didnt even think they sold parts for my computer anymore. He checked in their system, and confirmed that they did not sell parts. So I asked if that meant I needed to buy a new computer and he said "yes". I was honestly shocked that what seemed to be a simple fix was now resulting in the need to spend $1000 + on a new mac. I immediately went online, found the part and step-by-step instructions on how to replace it. For $50 and about 30 min of my time, I replaced the part and my computer works beautifully now! I was just so disappointed in the fact that I was dismissed so quickly and told that there was nothing they could do. Even if there was something preventing "them" from fixing it, it would have been great to have a little direction on other options. If I had not taken the initiative and just taken them on their word I would be out a computer, or out of $1000+. **This review was written on my awesome computer that was easily fixed.

Excellent service, Ryan and Joe handled my situation with ease. I brought in a lcd/touch screen replacement for my cracked screen on my Droid Razr, and he gave me a resonable install fee of $49, told me it would be about 1.5 hours, he had me out in just about an hour...I understand the complexity of the Razr make up as it is so thin - so an hour was very reasonable and it allowed me to keep my phone and not have to send it out and wait for who knows how long. I received my phone in working condition, with all data/contacts still intact - I highly recommend uBreakiFix - fast, courteous, priced well for the quality of work given, and the best part they didnt look at me like I was an idiot for dropping my phone, they completely understood. So much better than having to replace the whole unit - and cheaper than paying a deductible on a insurance plan that usually doesnt cover physical damage anyway...Thanks Ryan and Joe - I will be using guys and referring you for all phone/tablet repair needs!!
