A couple super friendly guys greeted me before I even walked in! The gentleman that helped me out (almost immediately, I must add) was very pleasant. I brought in an older (prepaid) cell phone to convert to a work phone and requested an easy number. Not only did he make the transition quick and painless, he also spent a good bit of time helping me find a number that was simple to remember! He then explained all my prorated charges and what I should expect in the future on the billing front. So ok, Ive had an account with them for over 10 years, including two iPhones since day one, so Ime not sure if this played a part in my positive service. Either way, the place is immaculate and the service was friendly and wonderful. No complaints here!

I have been a loyal customer of AT&T for years (since the first iPhone), and I have not experienced better customer service (in general not just at AT&T but Ive been to a lot of AT&T stores and spoke to a lot of phone representatives over the years) than I did yesterday at this particular store. Leila and Conor were so helpful to me and my parents who were trying to change our service plans. Not only were they super kind, friendly and generous with their time, they were incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of our service change. I would highly recommend coming to this store over any other if you need help with just about anything related to mobile phone and Directv service.

Service is ridiculously slow...sales associates act like they really dont care, while they charge you ridiculous prices for phones. They try and guilt you into buying accessories you dont want...I was pissed off when I left this store with my new phone. They squeeze you for every penny. I wish I would have known Cricket is owned by AT&T and runs on the same network, and theyre much cheaper. Funny how AT&T doesnt want you to know that! Service here sucks. They had employees walking around stocking merchandise, while people waited over an hour to get serviced.

i love shopping at a neighborhood store. The techs are human and sometimes tired, but they have always taken time to answer my questions and help with a problems. Today I went in to buy my son a new phone, his died. Josh knows us by now and realized that the phone I was thinking of was more than Matt could use. He steered us to a phone that will meet our needs and be kind to my budget. Next time I feel my phone bill is too high and I think of shopping for another server, Ill remember service counts for something too.

Lost 3 hours of my life. Not only did they quickly turn me down for a trade in but did not seem interested in helping with any questions I had. After calling AT&T myself I learned what they turned me down for a trade in was completely wrong. I was able to walk right back into the same store and pay for the phone I wanted. These people are not who you want to do business with. They are none apologetic and obviously dont care about your sales. Youre better off just calling AT&T. Never going back.

Walked in with only 5 customers in here. 4 employees help 3 of the customers. After 20 mins 1 couple walked out as the 4 employees was still laughing and joking with the 3 customers. Still waiting in a nearly empty store for the extra employee to help someone. No luck. Avoid at all costs

I hate going to this store. Its Corporate owned so you would figure they would be better. They wouldnt help with my phone. I had a long wait time and the person I worked with was rude. I went down the street I got help right away and they were so friendly. I got a phone and tablet.

Cant even greet the customers when they walk through the door. I get that you can be busy but the greeting and customer service is almost non existent. Would rather drive farther away to be helped by someone who seems like they actually want my service

Had a great experience there. It was perhaps the best experience I have had at an ATT store. Very fast was in and out in between 20 and 30 minutes. I was upgrading my phone. The sales associate Ozzy was helpful and quick.

I like going to this store more than others in the area. I really enjoy going to corporate stores more than the "authorized retailers". The service and selection is just better. Thank you AT&T
