** STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!! ** THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE PRICES!!*** I went in last Saturday to attempt to switch from Metro PCS to Boost, but unfortunately, my in store experience prevented me from switching. I browsed the phones to decide on which one I wanted, and when I found the one I liked at the ADVERTISED PRICE of $19.99, the sales rep told me that prices had changed and the price was now $119.99. The only explanation I was given was "oh sorry, the store owner forgot to change the price tags yesterday." Im sorry, what? How is that my fault? Based on YOUR mistake, youre not going to honor the ADVERTISED PRICE, whether it was a mistake or not? I attempted to talk to the store owner and it took me asking him THREE TIMES to get him to make eye contact with me since he would not get off his phone. Didnt get any further with him either. He explained to me that he was sorry but he didnt have time to change the pricing yesterday. I told him I understood, however, I shouldnt be held liable for that and he could get in a lot of trouble for falsely advertising a price.

Best independent cell phone store in Jacksonville!!!!. One STOP and They will take care everything for you. They have variety of service and phone to select from. They will ask you what kind of service you need and recomend best cell phone company and best monthly rate. They are upto date with all the service and phone. I have done biz with them for last 5yrs and never had problem with them. They will always recommend you with company who has best monthly service. They specialize in iPhone and Android Phone. Nobody cant do it if they cant repair it. I used be in contract with T-mobile since I am done with T-mobile I went back to store and they show me with variety of Prepaid service with a lot lower price that I used pay for. Owner recomend me with simple mobile and I am very happy with it. Thank you!!!!!

I pay every month for insurance, and my phone is under warranty. I called to tell them that my phones keypad is damaged, and the screen is blank. They said I can claim my insurance, or warranty, but I will have to wait 3-4 days for a new phone. MY PHONE DOES NOT WORK!! I explained that I pay extra every month for the insurance. If I am to wait 3-4 days without a phone, then I would like those days somehow credited to my account. They explained to me that it sucks but "oh Well". I told them that I would just be better off canceling my account because of their lack of consideration, and customer service, and I was told, " yea, I would do that to, we dont need people like you on our service". What?!

beware these guys dont know wat they are doing ..I needed my iphone restored and i went there to check if they can do. Tim (chinese guy) said he can do but he needed 3 hours..i said ok and came back after three hours ..he told me to throw the phone it is garbage blah blah..I took the phone to 10000 cell phones and they fixed in 10 mins..i cannot comment on products they sell but these guys dont know wat they are doing in terms of repair and service..

I went in to get a new sd card for my phone. They seemed very annoyed that I came in and didnt replace my phone instead. Told me I should replace it since it was a 2015 model. They put the card in my phone, I paid and they didnt say anything else. No thank you, have a good day, kiss my tail, nothing. The last time I went in he said next time please buy a 400 dollar phone. Seriously?! I wont be back or recommending them to anyone.

your store manager/ owner/employee does not have very good customer service over the phone we were talking on the phone with the gentlemen and I was about to ask another question and he hung up on me how rude is doesnt even sound like he is from the us maybe Jamaican or Haitian guy very rude of him
