Rob helped my mom and I with upgrading our phones and he was spot on with everything we needed! Very helpful and answered all of our questions (and graciously accept the b.s. that we were talking to him). Rob, Blake and Mike (?) all worked very well together and got us set up quickly & efficiently. Best Sprint store experience Ive had! I would highly suggest going there for your needs!

My girlfriend went in there with a broken phone and was almost completely denied service when she said her bf was the primary account holder. then dude had almost not even let her try the security question which is the only way i ushually get into the account myself anyway. then told her he has no idea whats wrong with the phone and he couldnt fix it there.
