I much prefer writing positive reviews for places I love. But I have a long history with this Walmart that is located 2 miles from where we lived for 5 years. Its in a pretty nice area so several things surprise me about this store. First, I hate that they stock their shelves and place their large carts throughout the store placed in a way that completely blocks aisles and main traffic areas. I consistently have to push my cart completely opposite of the direction I am heading. And they could care less! Ive asked employees on MANY occasions to help me find a particular product and 95% of the time, they not only have no idea, they make NO effort to find out, often acting like Im a major inconvenience to them. I have utilized their online ordering and had items shipped to the store for free shipping. Pick up is in the back of the store behind electronics. No one is EVER there and Ive spent as much a 20 minutes trying to find someone to help me. Most of the time, they have a cashier placed in the Electronics department, far enough away that they have no clue anyone is standing in line back in the pick up area like a fool, waiting naively for someone to help them. Ive seen workers rush right bast me into the "Employees Only" stock area and completely ignore my calls for help. It is a complete waste of time to use this service. I have consistently found grocery items on the shelf with expiration dates far past the "Use By" date. Finally, my most frustrating issue has been trying to use coupon in this store. I am an avid "couponer". I take pride in being organized, well informed on coupon policies in general, and store policies regarding coupons. I know this ultimately is a management issue and stems from the top down. But their cash registers are the WORST for scanning legitimate, non-expired coupons. Ive had good cashiers spend up to a minute trying to get a coupon to scan properly, and it finally does, which verifies its legitimacy. Most cashiers cavalierly rush it through once and if it doesnt scan immediately, they rudely cast it aside. The most infuriating experience, multiple shopping trips, have been the front end managers who treat me like an escaped prisoner and approach me in an adversarial manner. They are rude, they refuse to call a store manager to the front when Ive asked, and Ive had them shove my coupons back at me and smirk as they tell me "These are no good!". Ive written the corporation with very specific details about negative shopping trips; they contact the store General Manager - its large so their are many department managers, some assistant managers, and one General Manager who oversees the entire store. My husband even talked to him on the phone over one most negative and frustrating shopping trip when I left in tears. He made promises he never kept. Ive spoken to him in person and hes assured me this is not store policy, yet it never seem to translate to the front end. He has advised me to use his name should i have problems. They act like theyve never heard of him. I saw him up front one time and the line was backed up because the cashier couldnt get my coupons to scan quickly, and wanted to inspect everything bagged and put into my basket, so he stepped in to help check me out and told the to stop holding up the line and push it through. He told me when Im going to have a large amount of items to check out with, contact him first so he can prepare for my order. Ive never been able to reach him through his direct number, and the cashiers and front end managers look at me like Im asking them to let me speak to Abraham Lincoln. Im telling you, this is the WORST shopping experiences Ive EVER had. CVS doesnt treat me this way, Target doesnt treat me this way, Kroger doesnt treat me this way. Run for your life... Ill NEVER step foot in this store again.

Not bad for a 24 hour Walmart. With a good selection of Organic Foods, and Groceries. I go there mostly for the Bulk, can, and paper goods. But have increasingly been impress with its Natural Foods and Grocery selections. They are actually getting better at the Grocery, and holidays selections. But yet again the customer service is seriously lacking. Youll find very little help no matter whenyou go to Shop. But the Grocery department, POS, Pharmacy, and CSR Counters are always places you can find some help, but you are on your own any other place in Walmart, with exception of the elzctons. And dont even think about it once its after 10pm at night. You can hardly find an open Cashier after that Price= good 4/5 stars Location Logistics/ convenience: 4/5 POS experience : 1/5 (lost more stars b/c of long after 10pm long wait times 15-20 minutes on Average.) All store People: 4/5 (mostly Friendly, nice, & hard working , but spread way too thin and obviously stressed) Store Appearance/cleanliness : 3/5 Bathrooms 3/5 (OK) Self Checkout lines: 0/5 (The worst Ive had. Neither easy nor convenient, way too sensitive, slowest employees attending 5+ registers= much Longer waits no matter time of day.) Overall Cust. Service: 1.5/5 (Averages 10-15minutes POS wait times never can make it out of store under 40minutes in & out worst after 9/10:00pm). Never come here if you are in a real hurry and need to buy 8+items. The Fairfield/ Mason Ohio Walmart is way better POS and Service times. Overall +/-2.5/3 out 5 Stars. The low prices and Ship to store features are OK.

I went to Walmart today to get myself a new trashcan for my bedroom since my old one was unattractive and kept getting dirty and turns out i was successful i got one that is stainless steel and has a lid and a bag accessible inside where i can put a bag into it and drop the trash into the bag and not the actual trash can itself and any food that goes into it or germs will go into the bag and not on the trashcan like i said and it has a step on latch so i can step my foot onto it. and my mom got a nice looking giant red tub/bin to put stuff in. then we went to the flower garden center to check out the lady was very nice and seemed to have a pleasant attitude when we approached her at the register but im giving it four stars because of the state of mind she was in and how she kept giving us sluggish awkward replies to what we were wearing and how we had our products in front of us. it wasnt a fully bad experience but it was a little awkward but it could of been worse had she of kept on with us and it.

Just got back from my 3rd trip this week to Wal-Mart. My 93 yr old Mom insists on doing her grocery shopping there. She is very independent minded, and chooses to be left alone to take care of her needs. Thats not always possible as she has macular degeneration and cant see very well. After she completed her shopping she wanted the customer service desk to page me so she could leave. The pager was out of service. I will tell you that your employees are always very courteous and helpful. Not complaining about anything. As it turned out, she only had to wait a very few minutes before I finished my shopping there, too. You wanted to know about our latest experience there, so there it is.
