Their concern for the customer has gone to crap. I had bought a tv it said in stock online ready to pick up next morning go there not in stock. Said try again tomorrow. 2 days later still not in stock. But finally get email saying it will take an additional 5 days. Mean while 3 other locations with in 10 miles has that item on shelf. Not only that if I was to order it Online again and request delivery I would get it in 3 days tops. I was told I can not go to another location and pick it up. They cant change my order to delivery either. WHY CAN I GET IT DELIVERED TO MY HOME IN 3 DAYS BUT CANNOT GET IT DELIVERED TO THE STORE BEFORE 8 ADDITIONAL DAYS TO THE 3 DAYS I HAVE ALREADY WAITED. We even tried calling the Walmart online customers service line they said in a RECORDING that they dont do adjustments, change order and they DO NOT care about you or your order. You cant talk to a person at all. Walmart customer service has got to crap and this is not right.

Your operator when I finally got to her... Was cordial, but had to call back 3 x s before I got her. 2 xs prior to this call I had been hung up on twice. Then asked the ?? I was transferred to sports department waited to ask a question for 10 minutes, no one never came to pick up in sporting goods.... So, I hung up. I have had a few incidents that were not handled properly but your employee apologized.... Rudeness anywhere isnt Good for your business.... I love WALMART..My favorite place to go when I need anything.... Most of the time Walmart has what you want and need. Your Greeters are Awesome....Man I could go on & on. But, I wont. Not all of your staff have that discernment.No butt kissing just a little more MAGIC....in how they handle or respond to the Customer. Thanks for your Wonderful stores. ... All Walmarts are not like this review.. theres one I go out of my Area to go to....So, please dont take offense to my comment.. Respectfully TeamWalmart

My review is for the photo lab department at this Walmart . Before driving down there I went to the website to verify the hours of the photo lab and it saids from 9 AM to 9 PM so been 6:00 PM I decided to go and get my two passport pictures. First of all when I got there nobody was at the photo lab after waiting for a few minutes decided to find somebody which I did on the electronics department the guy was very helpful and he tried to contact the person that was supposed to be at the lab and she told him that she turn off the machine already and that I had to wait until tomorrow after 9 AM to get my pictures for my passport. To me it doesnt really make sense that if the photo lap opens from 9 AM to 9 PM why will you turn off the machine at 6 PM when you still have three more hours to go and why can you turn it back on???

I absolutely hate this location. It is the closest to me but I refuse to shop here. I will drive twice the distance or time to visit my preferred store on Hudson Bridge Rd. The disgust starts in the parking lot. Always covered in litter and food! Check your expiration dates, a good rule of thumb anywhere but an absolute mist here. I previously purchased while in a hurry two items that were well past their expiration date. When I tried to return them I was refused because they were opened. Rude customers are bad enough but they have terrible customer service, which is expected at Walmart but its frakkin ridiculous here. Oh and for those who believe WalMarts prices cant be beat, I challenge you to go to a Target store and price the items in Target with the Walmart app to price compare.

I live in the neighborhood, and I have so far only good things to say about this Walmart. I think they have a great staff and the store is very well maintained. My only only complaint does not concern this store in particular, but most other Walmart I have visited: I still cannot understand why a big giant store like Walmart does not invest enough in private security. Apparently, it seems to me that they rely more on the local police, and that is very risky for both their personnel and customers... To my knowledge, at least 2 bad incidents involving fire arms have already occurred in the parking lot of that Walmart , and they could have been prevented if they had security agents working full time. Not only that would be good but it would certainly create more jobs...

I purchased some avocado the other day and it was a disappointment, on the outside it looks very appealing but when you purchase on take it home and ready to use its totally different on the inside, in the fruit section there are a lot of fruits that are not properly mature they are premature and as a result of that they have no proper taste that authentic taste is not there so these people who are providing the supermarket with products such as fruits and vegetables Etc need to let these things mature properly before they actually Harvest them and bring them for customers consumption.

Maybe the most ghetto Walmart on the face of the planet. I literally saw a guy bring 3 pit puppies in the store with him, they were running around all over the place and none of the employees seemed to care. They seem to have an immense shoplifiting problem; they dont even have baskets or checkout dividers and when I asked why, a cashier said "we did, but someone stole them all; people will steal anything that isnt nailed down". Super dissheveled and poorly stocked. All the time. Yeah walmart is walmart as everyone is saying but this really is maybe the worst walmart Ive ever been in.

Its Walmart so its usually always crowded. I did recently take me Kroger receipt and went shopping and for the same amount of money I almost doubled my shopping list which was amazing I spent $345 and got enough food for a month with snacks drinks and such. Its was steal. Now they offer the pick up service and I use that all the time now. I waste no time. During the evening while I am just relaxing shopping online I go ahead order my stuff from Walmart and pick it up the next day or when ever I need to. It is GREAT.

Long ass lines only 2 self check out and 3 reg lines only.. When 4th line opened cashier single bagged everything. And over stuffedbag causing in to rip open and break a glass jar putting customers near by in harms way. At least 15ppl in each line. Ridiculous. Customer had to go and get items and hold up line when tag was missing for an item trying to purchase. Managers where close by but didnt step in and atleast grab the untagged item so the line could continue or help bag.

I always be up in the but I hate the long lines the workers be rude I ordered a cake a week prior to my daughters birthday & on the day I went to pick it up the Baker couldnt bake my cake cuz she was sick so??? Yall need to train someone else to bake the cakes in the event that this happens,the photo area they take forever to come its mad inconvenience but damn its walmart they gotta ton of stuff I need at the house so I tolerate their stupidity
