Customer service person that i dealt with was a horrible disgruntled older woman. I went there to buy an electronic sports band for jogging. She flat out lied and denied to do a price match against amazon and apply a cartwheel coupon, she further said if I reduce the price I wont get the freebie thats clearly advertised on the box (screen protector). She said that pricematch cannot be done with a coupon, was against store policy. She sounded really rude and unknowledgable so I went to another store and they had no issues doing a pricematch as well as a coupon. This woman had the gall to then say if you open a credit card with me Ill give you the freebie thats supposed to come with that item. Target if youre reading this you really need to review the customer service people working in this store, or maybe you hire people like this on purpose, in general I will avoid shopping at target. Please learn customer service from publix, REI.

Ive had to return expired products 3 times in the last 3 months. Ive had to get a credit for being charged the wrong price a half dozen times. This store is horribly managed. There are like 20 registers and only one (or two if theyre busy) will be open. They do not come anywhere near comparing to the prices of other stores, I guess Ive only shopped here out of convenience, but its really inconvenient when Im right back in the customer service line with 3 other people who have had bad experiences. Never again. Also Ive ordered something online that came broken and when I tried to leave a review on the Target website, it wouldnt accept my review. I called and talked to at least 3 people about it and they all spoke with a 2nd grade education. Beware of those reviews on their website, youll notice theyre all really good, and thats because they dont accept bad reviews.

This target has the poorest selection I have ever experienced for a Target store. I was highly displeased. I was shopping with a male friend and we noticed out of the aisles of shoes there was less than one aisle of shoe selection for males. Clothing choices for males are very limited. No ribeye steak choices in the meat area. Limited selection. Pricey for some of the grocery selections. For the bed and bath area there were numerous selections at all price levels. Some were higher than most competitors but overall the rugs and bath area are on point.

I always enjoy my Target run. I do find lots of things I need and the clothes are great for my kids. They are affordable and durable. I have purchased many small appliances and I recently purchased a universal remote and it wasnt compatible with my DVD player. I didnt have the receipt and I was able to return it for a store credit with no problem. I did have the original packaging and user manual. Its also nice that there is a Starbucks inside.

I like the layout of this location. They carry my favorite ice cream. They also carry brands like Pacifica,Burts Bees,and Boots UK. The only reason I give it one less star is because I wish they and all stores carried more 100% Cotton clothing. Ending on a positive note. Most people do not understand that Target has a Red Card DEBIT card. You really should check it out. It saves you 5%. And if you grocery shop there thats huge.

Needed a mens tie, stopped here, only six selections!? As we were leaving, my children had to use the bathroom, but I was like "OH NO! Not here! This place lets men go in the girls room!" The doors to get in to the non-grocery side are way down at the end of the building. Then when you get there, the first 8 doors are Exit doors (& wont open from the outside) and the last 2 are Enter doors, awkward layout.

This is my preferred place to shop for groceries, etc., in Cumming. It is less busy than Walmart, offers competitive prices and has a coupon app just for Target stores (Cartwheel), but is frequently out of stock on multiple items. It does offer customers additional savings by having its own Target Debit Card (free of charge), which saves you an extra 5% off EVERY SINGLE PURCHASE.

Staff is hit or miss at this location. Sometimes helpful and other times not so much. Majority of the times there is only a couple of lanes open (even though it has about 30 or so). Even during busy retail seasons they dont open many (Ive only ever seen about 10 open at one time). Stuff is usually stocked well and prices are decent. Store is clean

The starbucks there has now become a creep zone. Theres a girl there who openly flirts with my husband and has done so on many occasions. and does not display customer service well. Anyone who actually cared about theyre job wouldnt do stupid stuff like that. I just wish I could contact the starbucks manager cause this is very uncomfortable.

I love Target. I really like Krogers prices more, but its a drive as they closed the one in town. The thing about Target is they have a great selection of food and you can always pick up great quality things like furniture and clothes etc.. Cashiers are always nice and Starbucks is always great. No complaints. Store is always super clean.

Found what we needed. This is a super large store with everything and anything you need. The service in this store is amazing! My mother could not find something in the store, so Marie went above and beyond to search for the item. I was super satisfied with the friendly workers. Thank you Marie and the associate on Register 17!

This is to the Starbucks kid brand new that worked alone on Saturday in a huge rush. I offered him a tip and he couldnt take it. The other person who was apparently supposed to work never showed up. Great job kiddo! Im always at that Target and you made our drinks with a huge smile despite the issues you were handed.

Like every other target that Ive ever been in. This one seems to be way less busy than most. Great Starbucks inside with a really friendly barista. Im wondering how many pokemon are actually located in the store as it seems every third person under 30 was walking around playing Pokemon Go.

This Target should be renamed "BULLSEYE" because everything about it is a direct hit! Friendly employees, ample stock, cleanliness, quick check out, tidy dressing rooms... even the parking lot is nice. Congrats to the management team for keeping this store such a desirable place to shop.

You can usually get what you want at Target. My only issue is that the options are limited as compared to a competitor like Walmart. Thats not always a big issue depending on what youre buying. Overall, I always enjoy shopping there plus I can get a Starbucks coffee while Im looking around

The store is clean and well laid out. Its not difficult to find help if you need it, but the staff does not follow you around or pester you. Ladies clothes run a tad bit small as a general rule. Selection is generally decent, though not as good as one other super center that comes to mind

I have not actually visited this store. I just got off the phone with Holly at customer service. This woman was so helpful. I usually shop at Wal-Mart (only because there isnt a Target near me) but their customer service is rude and have no knowledge of what it is you are inquiring about.
