I came into the mall today to get my daughter Princess Tiana dress, crown, and shoes So sad to say all the other Princess have all those items but Princess Tiana only have a dress. How is that even cool? Why dont Princess Tiana get all the items as the other Princesses smh thats really crazy. I will NEVER shop their again. I WILL NOT SHOP AT ANY JC PENNYS EVER AGAIN!

They have excellent associates whom got the extra mile to help you look for excellent prices and gifts. They recommend coupons which are on the website for all customers and are knowlegdeable about merchandise. My girlfriend and I shop here all the time, the clearance are has great clothes for men and woman. Excellent store and management.

Frustrating salon. On two occasions, I called for an appointment. I was told to just walk in. Lo and behold...no one available upon arrival. Either take appointments (lazy receptionist?), or have more than two stylists on hand for periods where your employees ensure customers they arent necessary. I wont waste a drive on this place again.

As a bigger guy, JCP has always had the best selection. Recently, the Mens dept has declined. The sizes dont match (pant & jacket), they dont have common sizes in stock, and the place is a mess. The employees apologize and tell you to buy online. If I wanted to buy online, without trying it on, I would have.

This was a decent store. Employees were nice and tried to help us with questions, but they were more in the selling mood rather than being helpful. Facility was older and slightly dirty. Overall, it was ok and had some selection.

They have great selection of mens clothes and the staff are very helpful when you can find one. They do seem to be have been habitually understaffed.
