Went in with my daughter with a bag of fries from checkers and bought a drink from Starbucks. Proceeded to shop for a sleepover while my child fed me fries because my hands were tied trying to steer that impractical kid cart. I was wearing sweatpants, a tank and a light jacket with my COMPANY LOGO and I got tailed by their Asset Protection while being insulted and having sexist and degrading remarks made about me by Targets employee to whomever he was on the phone with. Even my 5 year od heard him and i had to explain. I actually witnessed an "innocent looking" woman stuff something in her purse while they were so busy following someone who actually can pay. The only reason I still purchased my items instead of leaving my cart in the middle of their main walkway and leave is because I was with my child that was so excited about her items and I needed to show her how to handle herself when such a disgusting, insulting situation. Im not shocked by the treatment, it is Target after all. Thanks for reminding me that my money isnt welcome there.

Went in with my 15 month old to get her a baby doll. Got to the check out and apparently the box had a little bit of mashed banana on it (not ours btw). The check out lady looked at me and said "ew what is this? Is this your banana??" WHILE SHE WIPED IT ON MY BAG. She rolled her eyes at me and exhaled very strongly like she was so offended that someone would allow their child to have a snack and touch something. I said "no maam she nor I have eaten a banana today and she hasnt had anything since weve been in this store but thank you for wiping it on my bag, you are so considerate". it was very busy so I didnt want to make a scene but I do wish I wouldve looked at her name badge so I could have sent something to her manager.

Trust me - we love Target but please avoid this location. We visited on Sunday and then on Wednesday and both times MS. VIVIAN was completely rude and unhelpful. Target does not need to keep employees of such a low caliber, Target is only losing customers. We had a 10% wedding registry coupon for in store or online, MS. VIVIAN refused to let us use it. She stated that "it is for online purchases only" - the card clearly states that it can be used in store or online. Please tell everyone you know to avoid this location - or at least avoid MS. VIVIAN (worst customer service I have ever experienced)! Please report MS. VIVIAN - maybe she will get the same treatment she gives to the customers.

This Target location wouldnt be my first choice to visit, but given its convenient location and access to interstate 285 many people shop here. The surrounding community brings in a diverse base of patrons, some more rude than others. The parking lot always seems to be littered with trash and finding a "safe" parking spot can sometimes be daunting as glass, opened packages and random objects are scattered about. Exiting the parking lot can challenge as theres no traffic signal for turning out towards the expressway. The Sandy Springs location is MUCH better, safer and overall a more pleasant location to shop. Just a few more miles up interstate 285.

Store and products is perfectly fine. The service is absolutely atrocious. It literally doesnt matter what day of the week or what time of the day, there are ALWAYS long lines. Always. On Saturday, certainly one of their busiest days, there were 3 cashiers. Pitiful and pathetic customer service and operations and its been that way for 8 years since Ive lived near.

This Super Target has a large selection both in food and nonfood items. The store is clean and well stocked. Employees are easy to find and are helpful. My only negative remark would be their Starbucks. There always seems to be a new employee there who is either very slow, inexperienced or both. So enjoy shopping, but perhaps grab a coffee before you go.

There is definitely a difference between the Targets that are located in the city and the Targets that are located in the suburbs. I love that this location is a perfect mixture of both. It has the fun and trendy items that are generally located in the Targets that are in the city but it is less crowded like the Targets located in the suburbs.

I just went in the store to purchase a printer There was no one in the Electronics section of the store. I called to see if I could take the printer out of the Electronics section. I walked with the printer to the front and all of the cashiers were not taking customers. I put the printer down and walked away. Im going to Walmart.

Compared to Walmart, they are behind the eight ball in terms of innovation and sales. You can often find the same item for much less there than at Target. This store also just recently installed self check out lanes; the same kind other stores have have for the last ten years. About time they caught up to the future.

Terrible customer service!!! I came in for a pick up today December 10 at 2:00 pm and the lady at the customer service center was so rude. And she never made eye contact with me. I will NEVER return to this store. Shop here if you want to get treated like an inconvenient piece of crap.

Clean, parking is never a issue and people are friendly for the most part. I Did have one issue with a assistant manager. She was rude and disrespectful. But other then that decent place to shop and the area is decent. No worries about car being broken into or getting mugged.

This is the worst Target ever. They dont have the same standards of hiring and setting expectations for their employees. Rude employees with attitudes and roll their eyes at you. From the phone operator to the store leader/supervisor or whatever the so call title is

For a big chain store, its great that I can find great everday items that are organic and natural in almost ever department. They have organic cotton sheet sets, organic baby items, household cleaning produts and haircare from popular natural brands.

Overpriced. If your shopping or looking for bags is definitely not the place to come. Its one of the smallest Target Ive ever seen. Go somewhere else. But they do have a Starbucks in here which is great. Other than that dont waste your time

Great place to shop near Stone Mountain although it doesnt have much variety in groceries. I like that this place has a Starbucks and a discount section by the door- I find all the best deals there! Also they have cuter clothes and shoes!

Was looking to purchase a new tv and Maxwell was absolutely awesome. He even took and additional 15 minutes trying to help me get it into my vehicle. My experience with him defines customer service and that is why I shop at Target!

They have worse customer service. The Malique team trainer who doesnt know company policies and procedures at all. The employees need read all the policies and procedures of the company that help to build up good customer service

It seems as if this location will be closing permanently very soon. There isnt anything listed about a closure, but the items available in all the departments are scarce and it doesnt appear that they will be replenished.
