I love the Auto Center in Wal-Mart of Owosso. They have drinks you can purchase right in the Auto Center area if you dont want to walk to front of store. Theres inside access to the store for shopping or walking around while car being serviced. I LOVE that there is NO longer any papers to fill out. The gentlemen took my information electronically, which saved a ton of time. There is a wait at times, but considering they get the job done CORRECTLY, without shorting me on the oil like a lot of local companies do, I dont mind the wait. They have a couple benches for waiting, or you can wait outdoors as its not near M-21. They sell batteries, tires, cut keys, etc. I always have a good experience here, and hope that everyone who utilizes their services! They also give you a sticker with barcode (like one in pic) so you can check out at In-Store register should you shop and not want 2 separate transactions!!

I try to avoid Walmart at all possible costs... However, every once in a while there is something they carry that Meijer does not. I was looking for Flitz polish (a great product), no where else had it but it was on Walmarts website - so I went there to get it. Like I said I hardly ever shop here so when I went in I asked where I could find polish. No one had a clue, they sent me on a wild goose chase for something they didnt even carry. Staff was rude and annoyed when I asked them to show me the way instead of just pointing in a general direction, or theyd say idk and walk away. One worker told me it was wasnt their department so ask someone else. Needless to say I never found it, from now on if I cant find it elsewhere Ill buy it online instead of Walmart.

Be very careful after 2 a.m. in the alcohol section even if youre just browsing you will be questioned and borderline harassed. After 2 a.m. you are not allowed to touch any of the alcohol in the aisle. Saying that you are sorry and you had no idea will not help. Very rude in the way they talk to you. If someone rudely comes up to you and questions you or racial profiles you at this store it is best to say youre sorry and walk away very fast. I have never had any employee tell me not to touch something or tell me what not to say. Be aware.

The management here is unbelievable!! I currently work at a different Walmart and bought a house in the area so I tried calling to get a transfer to this store and absolutely NO ONE was helpful. I was appalled at how rude they were treating another employee! I was hung up on and yelled at on multiple occasions. Needless to say I will NOT be transferring to this store and I will NOT be shopping here!

Friendly staff for the most part. They have a very good selection of things (Including firearms witch they just got back in) and are usually very well stocked. It is definitely better then any Walmart in Flint or Lansing. There tire and lube center is pretty good as well. Only down side is if you go there around 11PM. They are always busy at this time but only have one lain open.

I have gone to this store 3 separate times for 3 separate ink cartridges for 3 separate printers and they have NEVER had the ink I wanted. Told my cashier and she had no sympathy and hardly managed a limp "sorry". Gee....I wonder why I hate this store.

this Wal-Mart has started to become lower end. When it was remodeled it was really nice, nice people, nice staff over time the staff got meaner and the customer dont care anymore. This Wal-Mart needs work better than most but needs some work.

Most of the employees are awesome but theres a couple higher managers that have no idea what customer service. Good prices and item selection but if you have to deal with one of the wrong managers, youre going to have a bad time....

I have been in this store hundreds of times and while some associates are a little "detached" others were very friendly and more than helpful. An entire store shouldnt be judged based on actions of one associate.

One of, if not the cleanest and nicest Walmart I have been to. When I first moved out to Owosso if you would have blind folded me and took me in there and removed it I would have never guessed I was in a walmart.
