Honestly I love Bealls Outlet but I will literally never go to this one again. If I could give 0 stars to this insane asylum I definitely would. I had just purchased a Himalayan Salt Lamp from this location but when I got it home and started unraveling the cord to plug it in I noticed the cord was almost completely severed in one spot. "Whatever, that sucks, ill just go replace it for another one" I thought. The next day I go back to this Bealls Outlet and explain what happened so I can exchange it for one with a working cord. The cashier was new and said she would have to check with her manager. "No worries" I thought. The manager comes over and I explain what happened once I got home. She looked at the lamp cord and says "Oh definitely no, I can tell you cut this cord yourself".... What the....Let me try again...I explain, again, how I literally brought it home in this condition but she doesnt listen. Instead she goes on to say "Nope. Ive seen these cuts before...These are cuts from wire cutters." .... *shes seen these cuts before?.. this is taking a weird turn... * Anyways I continue to try to reason with this woman and tell her I dont even own a pair of wire cutters but shes not having it. "Why would I cut the cord of a lamp I just bought only to come back and try to EXCHANGE it for a new one? I dont want my money back I just want a working lamp." She gives me another speech on her "wire cutting expertise" then leaves and gives the original cashier a sticky note that says "DONT GIVE HER ANYTHING". At this point I have basically lost my mind already and so I accept the fact that this place is being run by a delusional woman, and leave. Now I try the other Bealls Outlet in Tallahassee on Apalachee, explaining again what happened and this time the cashier goes "Oh wow Im sorry that happened, I can definitely do an exchange for you" and that was that. So. Simple. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD JUST GO TO THE BEALLS OUTLET ON APALACHEE, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND THE INSANITY. This is by far the weirdest, most ridiculous customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life

What you would expect. Decently well kept place with many items at reasonable prices. I still prefer Ross, but occasionally come in to see what they have
