i been on hold for 30 mins now.I been transferred all around the store but the department i requested.The same person who i told to transfer me the first time,has been looped back too twice and is laughing as she does it as if my time being wasted is a joke.Finally get to the department i requested,ask my question and the employee tells me to wait to go look for the product in stock.45 MINUTES i been waiting till someone picked up and hung the phone up.I called to speak to a sales rep or a manager another 15 minutes no reply and a hangup.This is unacceptable,not all your customers are in-store they are online as well as via phone.I will never,NEVER shop at this Walmart with this much bad customer service.And i am letting all of my friends know that this Walmart is the worse one in this region of Atlanta. -HIGHLY Pissed Customer

I would like to point out to the managers of this Walmart that they have an exceptional employee working in the photo department. I was trying to down load pictures I had taken on a cruise to a CD and also scan three large photos onto a CD. I am a bit none technical at these kind of things. A Ms.Tracy came over to help me with these things. She was not only very qualified and knowledgeable, she was very patient and explained step by step what she was doing so I could learn the process. While waiting for my pictures I observed her helping other folks that were having trouble. This lady is for sure a wonderful employee and nice person.

The pharmacy is horrible except for the cashiers. Extremely rude door greeters who constantly harass the disabled to return the electric carts before their finished using them. I have been accused of being a shoplifter and harassed by employees more times than I can count. I have no record, never stolen from anywhere and never would. Ive even had employees laugh in my face for no apparent reason and theyre all standing around gawking and talking to each other. I dont leave a review on a whim, this sadly has been our only option to shop for a year. I am happy to be moving in September. I wont miss this store.

I used to like Wal Mart. I then got stationed in Germany for 3 years, and when I came back to Fayetteville, I simply cant stand them any more. THIS location has the special knack of harassing my wife when she walks out the door to check her reciepts while the 4-5 others in front of her do not get checked. This location is not clean, always crowded with long lines, and generally a pain to visit. Yes, Wal Mart has low prices, but unless I am desperate, I go someplace else now for just about everything. If they would have more cashiers, do major stocking at night (theyre 24/7 anyway), it would sure help.

I took my 2016 Chrysler 200 in for an oil change the day after Thanksgiving. I was pressed for time because I had a 12hr trip ahead. The counter workers were friendly, but the actual "mechanics" acted as if they would rather be somewhere else. I say all of that to say this...the oil change required light came on while I was returning home to Maryland. I stopped to check my other gages and noticed that the tire pressure readings didnt match what they signed off on the paperwork. FYI...DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE BECAUSE YOU MIGHT NOT GET IT!

I have been a walmart shopper for years!! Every week sometimes twice a week in and out the store shopping for my family. This ended today with the poor customer service. I have been trying to use a protection plan for two weeks. No one is knowledgeable about the protection plan or how to assist me. Each person I speak to has different steps for me to take. Walmart, I am over you! Lack of training for your employees is not fair to the customer nor the employee.

The womens restroom was deplorable. Two of four stalls out of order and it is filthy and smells terrible. All over the store I saw items that Aptos be refrigerated sitting out. ...if the restrooms are that gross do they just put these items back in place and some unsuspecting person spends their money on something that will make them sick? Also several items for sale are part their sell by date. ..so buyer beware. Probably wont be spending my money here again.

Pathetic customer service. Worst Walmart ever. Kimberly, one of the managers, doesnt know how to meet customer needs. Its like everyone has this dystopian view on the world and you can see it on their miserable faces when you ask for help. Kimberly, you have lost a longtime customer. Never shall I return to this Walmart. How can you expect to have great workers if leadership doesnt take an interest in the development of the store and customer loyalty?!

I went to Wal-Mart in Fayetteville GA, for a set of tires. I did not received the prices they quoted me, its prices was higher. They remove the two tires off my car and claim the Air pressure machine down, put the tires back on the car halfway flat. I went to QT and put in air and went to Pep Boys for better Svcs and better tires and prices. Plus I needed a Alignment, which Wal-Mart does not do, which cost $100.00 for a Honda accord.

Im disabled so I need the motorized shopping cart all of them in the need of repair and I have spoken to the manager on several occasions about this but I didnt get a positive response because the car is still broken down the seats of ripped up they makes clicking noise when you operate a at it dont have about three in the whole store so most of the time I have to find somewhere to sit and wait for someone to get finished with them

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Worst customer service ever! First off, I called this walmart 3 different times in 1 day at different times. Once at 9am, once at 11am, and again at 12pm. Each time, I was put on hold for 30 minutes or more just to ask a single question!!!! I ordered a site to store item. Went to pick it up, it was not even close to what I ordered. Never again! These people are very unprofessional.

They had what I was looking for, but long lines at check out so went to self check. Of course the employee "helping" customer was more interested in flirting with the girl in line in front of me rather than getting the lone moving so I was frustrated with clerk trying to get a piece rather than doing his job! Normal lack of service and professionalism noticed at this store.

In there video and gaming department they sell used items that have not been tested for QUALITY! If an item you purchase fails to preform you may exchange for the same item. BUT" if they dont have anymore they keep your hard earned money. And you keep their junk. The department manager said and I quote (BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK) I will never spend money in any walmart again!

I do not like Walmart very much but I had to pick up a microwave. I received an email stating my item was ready for pick up. So, I went. I get there and the microwave is not ready and was out of stock since August 2016. I was not mad but I was definitely not happy. It took me forever to leave the Walmart parking lot and store. The staff need to get it together.
