There is almost no stores in this mall. It has NO anchor stores anymore. There is a Finish Line, Elder Beerman, GNC, a haircut place not sure of the name, A movie theater, Bath and bodyworks and that just about it. Another reviewer said there was Ollies and stake and shake but thats on the other side of Marion (East End by US23). Im not really sure how this place keeps its doors open due to it not attracting many customers. It is like a ghost town inside with all the empty store fronts, sad state its in. Since Sears left it only has one retailer ( Elder-Beerman). I would not recommend this place to anyone who is not from Marion as it does not have ANYTHING to offer you what-so-ever!

I love that the Cinema is affordable for a family to go to together. Im so excited for the new Dollar Tree to open. And my daughters Dance Studio just moved out there so well be spending allot more time there. Im also thankful to have new start up business there to try new things.

This place was hopping when I was a kid and teenager. Now there are only a few stores open. Its sad and depressing. I take my kids to the play place, which is a nice addition. I miss the days of Jazzy Gifts, and the music store, Spencers, the arcade!

Southland Mall is such a bizarre place. Is it an indoor strip mall? A ghost town of empty store fronts? A gathering place for youngins whove nothing better to do? Its certainly a dying breed...and look! They have a website! How cute is that?

This "mall" is sad. Almost all the stores moved out; barely any shops left. However, the cheap movie theater is nice as well as the other couple of places that are still in business there. Its a shame. This mall used to have so much more...

Breaks my heart every time I go in there I remember when it didnt have a roof on the walkway it was open can see the sky Good Times but the theater keeps bringing people in great deals at the movie theater

This mall is basically around because of the movie theater and a handful of shops, the shops are all individually fine as well as the theater, but the mall itself is pretty empty.

Dirty. Cheap admission, but dirty. Plain Jane seats, outrageous prices for food and snacks, empty ugly mall that surrounds it. Too bad its all Marion, Ohio has. :(

Went to buy a movie ticket and you have to be 21 to buy the ticket but only 18 to see the movie? Never going back to see movies at the Marion Centre again.

Sadly it was better when I was a kid. But they are starting to get more stores little by little. I mostly go there to go to the Wub and Jo-Anns.

Its a dying mall, but it wont go down with out a fight! You can tell the owners are trying to revive it by bringing in new stores
