Its a nice building. The things I dont like about it is the fact that, all of the elevators does not work, this is a consistant problem, and everyone does not like riding see through elevators. In the morning, there are long waits for an elevator. You cannot use the stairwell to go up to the floors. Another thing, the parking and the walk from the parking garage is horrible. If the building allowed the full use of tne stairwell, I would give the building 4 stars.

This place has a Decent variety of Restaurants from Coney Islands to Chinese food. However, the prices are a bit high. The "mall" has a few shops, but by New Center One isnt a traditional mall. Its more of a business center with a few shops. The Henry Ford Medical offices, draw the majority of patrons that visit this place.

Terrible elevators system, broken elevators, only 1 available & a very long wait for that elevator, large impatient crowds continually waiting for only 1 working elevator, escalators only go from ground floor to 2nd floor, hate this New Center One Building.

Great building with a variety of companies. I frequent this location mainly for the Henry Ford Health System. Many of HFs departments are here. It is a very clean facility as well. Ive been coming here for over 10 years!

It has a lot of security theres a bunch of stores from Furs to anything and they have medical facilities in there and the theaters in their Fisher Theater and its like in a cool place its really nice

I go here often because my credit union is inside. This building is home to mostly Henry Ford Healthcare offices but there are other shops and banking institutions inside.

The Fisher Theatre is here. I learned how to be a medical assistant in the place. Good eats...the furs in the store on the lower level. I miss being in that atmosphere.
