Theres a good diversity of places to shop and the restaurants are great - from some of the food court selections to CA Pizza Co, Cheesecake Factory, to Molly Woos, etc ... If you cant find a place to eat in the mall, its likely youll find something you might prefer on Polaris Parkway or the surrounding area. The mall gets so crowded its not enjoyable if youre a browser. We rarely go anymore. However, that said, we moved here right before they built the great malls Columbus has now, and its a great city for shopping. Polaris is a nice upscale mall with Sax, Von Mar, Macys, and a big Barnes & Noble thats open later than other mall stores. Dont buy a Nook there, or let them touch your Nook if you have one, they ruined two of ours, and then they were completely useless to us. Were not the only ones whove had that happen either, so consider the warning and take it or leave it. Id also steer clear of the kiosks where people try to get you to stop and spray you, lotion you, etc.. It can be a real pain. They do have good kiosks - calendars, cupcakes, sunglasses, watches, and a vape kiosk where you will generally be ignored if youre over 40. Dont they know were adults with cold hard cash?! Sheesh! All in all of you love malls, youll find plenty to do. Oh, we dont have little ones any more, but they have a nice play area too. Happy shopping!

RACIST!!!! WORST MALL EVER!!! Worst experience ever!! My husband, 2 year old and I were vacationing in Ohio and decided to go to the Polaris Mall. As we were shopping in Sephora this employee asked me if I wanted any help probably 5 times within the 10 minutes I was in the store. She kept following me and had her eye on me the entire time. We then left Sephora and we were walking around the mall and a security guard came and told my husband he had to leave the mall!! He said Sephora reported that my husband physically abused me in Sephora. What the heck?! My husband and were shocked!! After talking to the man we asked to go speak with Sephora. My husband was so hurt and angry that he was falsely accused of hitting his wife. We went to talk to the manager and that one employee who kept following me came and said it was her. She just kept changing her story and lying. It was just absolutely absurd. Honestly I felt like she was being racist. She was a liar. I couldnt believe. But I will NEVER SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!

A big ass mall. If you need something, Polaris has it. I remember back before this place got super turned and there was still farmland all over. My brother and I needed a pit stop on the way home so we stopped here. We were driving from Cincinnati to Cleveland and were super hung-over. Like real hung over. We took about an hour and a half nap in the car before I woke up. Decided Id try to get a run in to finish off that hang over once and for all. I think I ran about 3 miles when it was all said and done and that was only around the parking lot of one side - goes to show how big that place was and that was before 75% of the crap thats there now was even there. That run didnt help. Finally made it up to Cleveland about 6 hours after we left, and no, there was no traffic.

I really like this mall. Anchor stores: Von Maur Macys Jc Penneys Sears Great kiosk to buy the latest fad stuff or get your phone gears, i.e. cases, screen repairs etc.. Quick massage places Apple Store T Mobile Walk in hair salons Walk in nail salons Usual list of specialty retail store Express Victoria secret White house black market Bath and body Etc... Central kids play area Fun restaurants: Quick eats-food court Sit downs with great options Cheese cake CPK Benihana Dave and Busters Very roomy to walk around in, lots of stores, and fun things to do. You can shop, eat, or have fun. Good list of restaurants to eat or just get drinks. Check it out!

Its a mall people. If youre really trying that hard to find adequate adjectives to describe your favorite mall going experience, youve stepped far from reality. The person that said, "Easton has more humanity" has forgotten the definition of humanity. Capitalist meccas built with the sole purpose of seperating you from your money do not display the essence of humanity. If you need something and one of these malls has a store that carries the something that you need at a reasonable price, you will find that mall functional. If you are seeking out a mall to find your "humanity" then you should throw yourself off a bridge because, all your humanity is lost.

Not a big mall shopper, especially not during weekends but this mall has almost anything youre looking for and you can find some pretty nice deals. Its nothing special for a mall, if youre looking for a good shopping experience Easton is a better place to go and nicer. During weekends parking is chaotic, like most malls. They have a great selection of places to eat. If youre looking for a quick bite to eat the food court also has a little bit of everything (Japanese, Italian, American, Greek, Mexican etc). During the weekend Id give this location a 3 stars due to how busy it can get (especially during holidays) but overall Its a good place to go.

Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer is a RIP OFF! My wife accidently ran over her LG bluetooth headset. We were shopping at the mall & we saw the Verizon Premium retailer booth outside Macys. They sold her a Samsung headset & tried to connect it to her phone but it needed charging. So after returning home shebtried to place it on her ear but it wouldnt even fit. We jsut tried to return it & they have a no return policy & the manager Branden said there was nothing he could do. He refused to even do an exchange for another device. I wouldnt buy anything from them. They dont even have real phones on display & they obviously dont care about customers.

Cant photograph Santa anymore!?!? We took our kids to see Santa today and I am very disappointed with our experience. We tried to take some photos of them sitting with Santa and we were told that it was not alowed. I was treated rudely and worst of all my kids were treated poorly. We decided not to shop at Polaris Mall as a result of our experience. I thought that the idea of Santa coming to the mall was a free service to attract customers and celebrate the holiday. We realized today that it is just another money making scheme aimed only at gaining profits.

Columbus has three main malls; Tuttle (on the west outter belt), Easton Town center(not surprisingly on the east outter belt) and then theres Polaris(just north of the outter belt). Polaris is comparable to Easton in size and variety of businesses. I think polaris food court is probably the best and their kids playground is the best too. It doesnt have much outside area like Easton does and its Christmas decorations dont even compare to Eastons but its clean and not only does it have lots of places to shop but it has plenty of great places to eat.

A beautiful indoor mall. In my opinion, this is the best indoor mall in the state. A very complete mall with all the flagship stores and restaurants. There is a HUGE kids play area with cushioned seats for the adults to sit while the little ones romp around. I love taking my little guy there just to walk around and see everything. Parking can be pretentious and I believe they should have built a parking garage on the back side of the facility so you dont have to walk so far. Im not sold on the valet parking.
