Homeless people and drug addicts swarm the place like flies. They live by the train tracks and became more prevalent since the food shelter opened. Can be seen daily begging at broad and wilson. They got so bad Big Lots(Odd Lots) moved down toward I-270. Give a man a fish, they keep coming back with friends for more handouts. Dont give them money, they just go to Krogers and buy beer to chase down the Heroin. Police hands are tied, property owners are unwilling to press charges. Another abandoned shopping center in the making. 70% is already empty.

The brand new Dollar General that opened up here is awesome! Store is clean, well stocked & prices are very reasonable! In addition staff are very helpful & efficient; a tip for all: save major shopping expeditions for Saturday. Coupons issued thru the week feature coupons for $5 off on every $25 spent & YES more than 1 coupon can be used! Just remember the sales tax for the $50 purchase will still apply as city government ALWAYS has to have their greedy paws in your wallet . . .

This shopping area has plundered. Hopefully it will blossom again. Shop Shoppers world, City Trends, family Dollar, or save alot. On the other end you can find taco Bell subway Tim Hortons to eat. Habitat store Or visit telecris plasma center. The imagine school is far north corner.

Desolate gloomy shopping center! Save a lot parking lot is always cluttered with trash, looks uninviting. Security patrols the lot. Upside there is not a lot of people at the stores and makes for easy convenient shopping without the crowds. In and out!

Parking lot is in desperate need of fixing, but there are some decent stores located here. There is a bit of vacancies over the years as businesses close or move to better locations. There is a dfw that has very great prices on designer clothes
