Salad Station at the food court is ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!! The Mall/Food Court is suppose to close at 9pm; I was in the Malls food court before 8pm and I didnt see NO ONE at the Salad Station. What type of business is this where you have food All Out with the lights on like your "Open" but No One at the Station to work!! Im highly upset and disappointed in this poorly ran establishment! If Im suppose to be somewhere to Work, then thats where Im going to be. But if this place want to pay an employee money for a full day of work but they only worked half the day, then more power to you. I cant eat nothing else do thats where I chose to go but no one to be found and no one wants to answer the phone!!! A huge inconvenience.... Never again!!!!

Pretty clean and bright and inviting place on the inside [for its age, especially]. Recent outside aesthetic improvements are nice, but could use more improvements to the facade of the actual building itself. But perhaps thats being picky and unreasonable?... The store offerings are great, large assortment of shops, limited vacant spaces [and mostly all discretely distracted-away-from by tasteful full-space advertisements across the spaces and/or other attention-grabbing nearby things]. Safe, good security with few/no trouble-makers hanging around. Ample parking. Good place to burn some time on a day off, or shop for that particular item youve been looking for.

I grew up at this mall. Its been around for what seems like forever. Anchor stores include Sears, Macys as well as a separate Macys for Men store. The mall is kept up very nice, but has never seen a face lift. The floor still shines like it did 30 years ago. Took our young one to see Santa there this year and was a very nice setup. This place truly brings back memories and will be a mall that will stand the test of time considering how much the entire area has grown in the past couple of decades.

This mall is in major needs of a renovation. With the Mall at Partridge Creek right down the road, why would I go here? The mall has a dark and dingy feel to it and it is not welcoming at all. Lastly, in the few times I have been here, I have seen a security guard once. That one time was the guard on their phone in a mobile setting a really good example for others. When I am at a shopping center, I would hope that I see a guard more than once in the several times that I visited the center.

Many clothes stores and shoe stores for women, men, and kids. Theres Macys, Sears, Foot Locker, Hollister, etc. You can bring your kids to see Santa around Christmas and the Easter Bunny near Easter. Theres also a play area and a carousel when you walk in. Theres a large cafeteria with many restaurants. Theres a few candle stores and a Bath and Body Works that smell nice when you walk by and sometimes its fun to go in to smell candles and lotions.

Malls have begun slowly dying in recent years, stores cant seem to stay open, and even on weekends malls just arent as busy. But despite that trend, Lakeside seems to be doing alright! There are some vacant spots, stores with "going out of business" sales, but overall its good. Clean, brightly lit, no troublemakers bothering people. This mall has been around all 27 years of my life and I really hope it continues to do so.

Lots of punks running around. Saw two raising hell in the food court and when I said something to them I had a gun pulled on me. Yes, a gun. Looked everywhere for security, but found NO ONE. Was told I was going to be killed so I zig zagged through Macys looking for ANYONE of authority. Nothing. Made it toy car and found 2 security vehicles chatting it up in the parking lot. Get some armed security inside!

I love nike but this store always messes up my order i have order the same item three times from them and my orderd got cancled more than three times and the 1 and 2 time they got the wrong sheo size the 6th time they got the right shoe size but wrong style. This is unacceptable for nike to do this now i dont want to exchange the shoes because i dont want to through the same process again

Lakeside has the stores, and it is indoors (which is a plus heading into winter), but dont expect much else. The atmosphere here is run down, dark, and smells like cheap cologne. And the creepy long hallway leading to the horror movie bathroom by the Macys sleep store is horrifying. Once inside individual stores all is well and good, but the public areas desperately need an update!

Really not sure how this place pays the electric bill. Nobody in this mail even at would be busy shopping times. Poor selection of stores. Lots of vacancies. Hadnt been here in years, stopped in to try and do some clothes shopping, cant really think of a reason Ill go back again. Had a good smoothie while I was there tho which was the only thing I found satisfying about the visit.

The height hey guys to place to shop because I dont have no shoot the police came up there the new 12 texts came out you know what 12 she was Michael Jacksons name okay we came up there it was a lot of shoes that is open the doll people walking out with shoes that they sneaking in from another internet okay so there was going to some people when they try to save some for me folks

This mall is great! Daughter got her first haircut at Cutie Cuts, they did an amazing job!! Lunch at Lakeside Grill which was incredible! I had the turkey sandwich with smoked Applewood bacon but replaced the cinnamon bread with whole grain. Rated low because of the bathrooms. They are small and dirty. Went in two different mall restrooms and both were deplorable.

Lakeside malls glory days are far behind it. Now it has turned into a gaping pit on hall road for failing businesses. What was once a nice place, which provided a present shopping experience is now a black hole. If you are going to do your shopping and you have no other option but to visit a mall. I would suggest Somerset in troy or partridge creek down the road.

I go here a lot, probably more than any other mall. It has its ups and downs. However, I find myself going out of habit instead of actually having to buy something. Youll make your way around the mall pretty quick because there arent many stores Id rather walk in anymore. Oh and the manager at FYE (middle aged blond woman) is always in bad mood.

Under trained, under educated security gaurds (most of them) except 2 ive seen... But could do a better job, because there has been many, many reports of children being sexually assaulted by older men at the mall these last 3 years. Security cameras must have been bought from a peddler in africa in 1997 because the footage is ungodly terrible.

Every time I bring my daughter to the kids area by the food court one of the machines steals money or just doesnt work. One of them even accepted my credit card and then just kept asking for another quarter to start. The change machine there also never works. Id bring up rating if these things were taken care of.
